Chapter 11 - Way to Make It Fun

Jinx: "Uh... Guys, I hear something..."

Rock: "What is it?"

Jinx: "I don't know... but it's getting closer... and it's big!"

Suddenly, Yamato came into our cell riding a large white creature with four legs. It broke our door down.

Yamato: "Good morning, men and lady! Rise and shine!"

Uno & Rock: "Hey! You broke our door!"

Jyugo: "What's with the horse?!"

Yamato: "This is my steed, Yamatomaru."

Jinx: "Cool..."

Jyugo: "That's not what I asked!"

Uno: "Whatever you want, it's too early!"

Yamato: "Today is New Year's Eve. To celebrate tomorrow, we've decided to make some decorations. I've come to ask for your assistance."

Nico: "On a horse..."

Yamato: "I have lots to carry!"

Uno: "New Year's... That means..."

Uno, Rock & Nico: "JAPANESE PARTY TIME!"

Rock: "We'll have a new year's feast!"

Uno: "And set up floral displays!"

Nico: "And then we'll all go to Comiket!"

Jyugo: "Okay... I hate all of you with a passion. Except for you, Jinx."

Jinx: "What's New Year's? Is it a party?

Jyugo: "Huh? Of all the things you were never taught, how do you not know what New Year's is?"

Jinx: "I was never allowed to go to parties or celebrations. My parents would lock me in the basement every time they left the house."

Uno: "Aw damn..."

Seitarou: "Ahem... we will now commence our annual end of year cleaning."

Uno: "You're making us clean?"

Rock: "But why?"

Seitarou: "Great question. It's a Japanese custom to clean at the end of each year. Make sure to do a thorough job."

Nico: "Why would we wanna work on a holiday?"

Jyugo: "And why don't you guards take care of it?"

Seitarou: "Because the guards have been charged with cleaning up headquarters."

Jinx: "...... oh shit..."

Rock: "Hey, what's wrong, kid-?"

Without warning, I ran straight out the door, ducking under Seitarou and Yamato.

Jyugo: "Jinx!"

Nico: "What is she doing?!"

Seitarou: "Yamato, stay with these four!"

He ran after me. The boys run to the door too. Yamato stops them.

Uno: "Let us through, Yamato! She's our sister! We can get her!"
