Rathore Mansion

The morning is very beautiful in the Rathore Mansion just like any other day. All the family members are sitting on the dining table for breakfast except for two.

Abhiraaj Singh Rathore and Nikhil Singh Rathore. Abhiraaj is late because he came back from his morning run and is now getting ready for the day and as for Nikhil Singh Rathore he is not an early riser.

Amrita Rathore and Nilima Rathore are serving the breakfast when Amrita Rathore said "Uhm...papa ji mummy ji hum kuch kehna chahte thi." "Mujhe malum hai kya kehna chahte ho. Yahi na ki Abhiraaj ke liye Mrunali aachi rahegi." Surekha Rathore said making all the Rathore ladies beam.

(Uhm...dad mom we wanted to say something.)
(We know what you wants to say. That Mrunal is perfect match for Abhiraaj.)

"Aapko bhi aachi lagi na mummy ji. Badi hee pyaari aur suljhi hui bachhi lagi mujhe toh." Nilima Rathore said. "Aachi toh mujhe bhi lagi." Mihika said grinning and Reyansh nodded.

(You also like her right. She seems to be a very lovely child.)
(I also liked her.)

"Aree humne toh kal uske dada ji se baat bhi kar li hai. Unhone kaha hai ki Mrunali se puch ke batayenge." Surekha Rathore said. "Itni jaldi? Matlab thik hee hai lekin aap toh do kadam aage nikle huh mummy papa." Shivaansh Singh Rathore said.

(We talked to her grandfather yesterday only. They said they will tell after asking Mrunali.)
(This early? I mean it's good only but you are two steps ahead huh mom dad.)

"Aree toh Abhiraaj humara bhi toh pota hai humara bhi farz banta hai uske liye aachi biwi dhundhne ka." Bhushan Rathore said. "Ji ji bilkul." Shivaansh Singh Rathore said.

(Of course afterall Abhiraaj is our grandson. It's our right to find a good wife for him.)
(Yes yes why not.)

"What's happening family?" Nikhil's voice came as he and Abhiraaj sat on the dining table. "Abhiraaj ki shaadi ki baat chal rahi hai." Mihika said and Abhiraaj raise his eyebrows at her.

(We are talking about Abhiraaj's wedding.)

"Ha toh kya. Aur ladki hum sab ko pasand hai. Agar teri ha ho aur uss ladki ki bhi toh fir toh shaadi pakki." Reyansh said.

(Yes. And we all like the girl. If it's a yes from your side as well as girl's side then the wedding is fixed.)

"Par meri hone wali bhabhi hai kon?" Nikhil asked. "Aree bhai aap unko jante ho! Aapko bhi aachi lagegi bhabhi!" Khushi Rathore said. "Maine abhi haa ki nahi hai jo tumlog abhi se bhabhi bhabhi kar rahe ho." Abhiraaj said.

(But who is my soon to be sister-in-law?)
(Oh brother you know her! You will also like soon to be sister-in-law!)
(I haven't said yes till now that you guys are saying sister-in-law.)

"Ha abhi haa kar hee doge bhai." Khushi said with a teasing smile. "Aree par hai kon yeh ladki?" Nikhil again asked. "Kal hee usse mile the Nikhil. Mrunali." Mihika said.

(Yeah you will say yes right now brother.)
(But who is the girl?)
(We met her yesterday. Mrunali.)

"Ohho!! This is perfect! Mrunali bhabhi will be perfect for bhai!" Nikhil said. "I know right! So bhai what is your answer? Yes or no?" Khushi asked.

"Yes Abhi what do you say?" Bhushan Rathore asked. "As you all like." Abhiraaj said and all cheered. "I'll call Nand Kumar at the noon." Bhushan said and all nodded. Abhiraaj just shake his head and ate his breakfast.

Chauhan House

"What?! When did this happen?!" A very angry Isha yelled in disbelief. "Yesterday night. Me and Bhushan talked about it. But why are you getting shocked?" Nand Kumar said. "Because I wanted to marry him! I like Abhiraaj." Isha said.

"Oh you don't like him you like his money." Gurmeet said. "Shut up Gurmeet!" Isha said. "Did I said something wrong?" Gurmeet said.

"You brat!" Isha said and was about to hit him when Mrunali saved him. "You! This is all because of you! You must have done something that they are asking for your proposal and not mine!" Isha yelled at Mrunali.

"Mrunali didn't do anything! They just like how simple and lovely Mrunali is!" Durga Chauhan said. "Aree iss behen ji mein toh kuch hai hee nahi! Isko toh Abhiraaj hee mana kar dega! Yeh Abhiraaj toh kya uske assistant ke layak bhi nahi hai!" Isha said and Mrunali looked at her without any emotions.

(Mrunali doesn't have anything! Abhiraaj will say no to her! She is not even compatible to be Abhiraaj's assistant!)

"Enough Isha di! Just because di kuch bol nahi rahi hai doesn't mean aap kuch bhi bolte jaoge!" Suyash yelled. "Galat keh rahi hu kya?! Yeh sab isi ne kiya hai. Kyuki yeh janti thi ki maa aur badi maa mere rishte ki baat Abhiraaj ke saath karna chahte the!" Isha yelled.

"Sahi toh keh rahi hai. Tum janti thi isliye yeh sab kiya na!" Damini said to Mrunali who just looked down sighing.

(Enough Isha di just because my di is not saying anything doesn't mean you'll say anything!)
(Am I saying something wrong? This is all done by her. Because she knew mom and aunt were about to talk to them about my proposal for Abhiraaj.)
(She is saying right. You knew that's why you did it right!)

"I didn't do anything. Mujhe toh pata bhi nahi tha ki aisa kuch hua hai ya hone wala hai." Mrunali said. "Ha ha tumhe kaha kuch pata rehta hai. Sab toh aapne aap ho jata hai." Ambika said.

(I didn't even knew that something like this will happen.)
(Ofcourse ofcourse you never know anything. All happens on its own.)

"Chachi main sahi bol rahi hu. Mujhe sach mein nahi pata tha ki dadu ne aur unke dost ne kuch aisi baat ki hai." Mrunali said.

(Aunt I'm saying the truth. I really didn't knew that grandpa and his friend were talking about something like this.)

Before anyone of them can say something the landline ringed and Nand Kumar Chauhan picked it as he was the nearest. "Hello? Bhushan? Yes yes....really? That's great!......no I haven't asked her yet. Just give me a little more time and I'll call you back....yeah. ok. Bye." Nand Kumar Chauhan put the phone down as everyone look at him.

"What did he said?" Suyash asked. "Abhiraaj said yes for this marriage! Now we only want Mrunali's consent." Nand Kumar said and Gurmeet, Suyash and Dadi smile while others frown.

"Di! What's your answer?" Suyash asked holding Mrunali's hand tightly and squeezing it. Mrunali looked at him then at her mother, aunt and cousin.

"Don't look at them my child and tell me." Durga Chauhan asked and Mrunali turned to her. "As you guys wish dadi." Mrunali said. "Then is it a yes?" Durga Chauhan asked and Mrunali nodded.

"Bring the sweets! I'll call Bhushan right away." With Nand Kumar called Bhushan. Isha stomped her foot and leave followed by her mother then Damini. "I'm so happy for you di! Abhiraaj bhai will keep you happy." Suyash said hugging Mrunali.

'I hope so too.' Mrunali thought as she hugged Suyash back.

Both said yes!! It's time for the wedding!!
