I was extremely frustrated at practice Nothing was going how I wanted it to so when Hannah went to pass me the ball and I missed I got very mad and told her it was all her fault and some other not-so-nice things. I felt extremely bad after cause it wasn't her fault and I could tell she wanted to cry. after practice, I chased her down and tried to apologize
" Hannah I'm sorry"
"y/n what you said really hurt me you can't just take your anger out on me because you got mad."
"I know baby and I'm really sorry I'm going to work on it."
" ok"
I could tell she was still mad cause she usually would have accepted my apology. I texted her to go to my apartment instead of hers and she said ok I let her know I wouldn't be there right away and I told her she could take a shower and use my clothes and I'd be there soon.
I was at the store looking for stuff to make a gift basket to apologize and show her how sorry I was i bought her favorite candy and a stuffed animal. I picked up her favorite takeout before heading back to my apartment. I walked in and said,
"Baby I'm home I brought your favorite."
she walked out wearing my clothes and she looked adorable I gave her the gift basket and then I gave her a hug and whispered that I was sorry and I loved her she said she accepted my apology and she loved me too. we ate dinner before we headed into my room and we cuddled until we both fell asleep.
