"Today's the day, boys!" I exclaimed, my voice filled with enthusiasm as I unfurled the scroll. The parchment crackled like the sails of the Going Merry, and I could almost hear the cries of the sea in the midst of a roaring storm, echoing the determination of my crewmates.

{Is this the moment? The grand unveiling of The Ancient Scroll of Doom?!}

"Yes, behold! With this scroll, I shall command the seas—AHHHHURFHGH!"

I bolted upright from my sleep, my throat tightening.

"Nice of you to join us, Problem Child," Aizawa rasped, his dull grey scarf which I think is in desperate need of a splash of color, or maybe some polka dots, is choking me

"I... cough... Have serious... Déjà Vu... gasp... Right now... Didn't we... cough... been... Through... Somethin'... gurgle... Similar, in... Chapter Sixteen?"

"What? Never mind. Here you go," Aizawa sighed dramatically as he dumped a mountain of books onto my desk.

I stared at the towering pile, my expression a mix of horror and confusion. "What is this?!" I exclaimed, pointing accusingly at the books.

"Homework," Aizawa deadpanned.

"Homework?" I repeated, incredulous. "I don't see this crap on anyone else's desk!" I glanced around the classroom, searching for solidarity among my peers.

"They haven't gone to sleep, unlike you," Aizawa replied calmly. "Now, I expect this to be done by the break and handed in at the beginning of next week."

My jaw dropped. "Spring Break is sacred 'me time,' not 'school time'! I refuse to spend my precious time doing..." I spat out the word like it was a rotten piece of fruit, "...homework!"

Aizawa shrugged nonchalantly. "Okay."

"Wait, did you just say 'Okay'?"

"Yeah. You don't have to do it."

My eyes widened in surprise. "Really?"

"Sure, if failing math is your thing. It means extra math classes, tutoring, and a fun-filled summer in summer school," Aizawa retorted with a hint of sarcasm.

"I hate you," I muttered darkly as I hastily stuffed the books into my tattered red backpack. With a dramatic flourish, I slung it over my shoulder and stormed out of the classroom just as the bell rang to dismiss us and welcome spring.
