2. Write about an event that was mentioned in the books from the perspective of one of the dragons there
• Peril's brother's death from Kestrel's perspective
• Any character's death (Battlewinner, Hvitur, Burn, Gill) from their perspective
• Morrowseer meeting the Dragonets of destiny for the first time, from Morrowseer's perspective
• The Royal SeaWing Massacre from Albatross's perspective
• The RainWing experiments from Orchid's (or one of the other other captive RainWing's) perspective
3. Write a Winglets for a dragon you feel deserves one
• Umber or Sora
• Anemone
• Tamarin
• Kinkajou
• Flame
• Riptide
• Dune
• Kestrel
• the list could go on and on...
4. Write about an event that happened in the books, but was never specifically described
• Morrowseer and Battlewinner writing the prophecy
• how Dune got his scars
5. Pretend to be one of the SandWing sisters (Blister, Blaze, or Burn) and write a speech about why you should be queen of the SandWings
6. Write about the life of a character who is mentioned, but is never described or makes an appearance
• Webs's wife
• Jerboa
• the unnamed SeaWing musician killed in the Royal SeaWing Massacre
• Slaughter - the dragon killed by Deathbringer in Assassin
7. Write about any character suddenly becoming an animus
