Chapter 6

Hayden's POV

I woke up and my arm's started hurting really bad and I was having a hard time breathing, Callie was in bed next to me

Callie: Hayden what's wrong

Hayden: they hurt

Steph: I'll go get a nurse

Callie: Hayden calm down baby it's going to be ok

Hayden: I can't breath

Callie: it's an anxiety attack, just listen to my voice, thumbs up for yes thumbs down for no, are you focused on my voice (thumbs up) good, do you want to know more about Jude? (thumbs up) Well Halley looks a lot like him, they could be twins if they were the same age. 

Hayden: who do I look more like

Steph: you look a lot like Callie

Callie: and mom

Hayden: I don't really remember mom

Callie: she loved to take you Halley and Jude for walks, you Halley and mom would always walk to our school to pick Jude and me up, and she would dress you and Halley alike even thought you guys are a year a part

Nurse: here we are Miss Hayden, this will help with your pain, Mrs Foster the doctor wanted me to tell you he will be in in about 20 minutes

Steph: ok, my wife Lena is on her way with 2 of our other kids

Nurse: how many kids do you have?

Steph: we have 5 plus 2 new additions to the family

Nurse: how old are they?

Steph: we have two 24 year olds, two 23 year old one 20 year old and now adding to it a 14 year old and a 13 year old

Nurse: are they all biologically yours?

Steph: no, Brandon who is 24 is mine from a previous relationship and Callie who is 24, Marianna who is 23 Jesus who is 23 and Marianna's twin and Jude who is 20 are adopted and Hayden and Halley

Hayden: are their foster kids

Steph: don't think of yourself as that I was going to say our new daughters

Nurse: sound's like it was a busy house

Callie: it was

Nurse: ill let you get some rest come let me know if she starts complaining again

Steph: I will, Hey Hayden Lena is bringing Halley here to see you

Hayden: she is!!

Callie: how about we braid your hair before they get here

Hayden: you can braid?

Callie: I can

Steph's POV

Callie was braiding Hayden's hair and I was sitting in the chair watching Callie with her little sister, as I was sitting there I started to think about how Hayden will react when we tell her she has to have surgery soon on her arms to get rid of the dead skin. I was brought out of my thoughts when Halley, Lena and Marianna came in

Halley: Hayden I thought I wasn't going to see you again

Hayden: I'm ok and we are safe with Steph and Lena they are good

Halley: I didn't like not having you to sleep with

Hayden: I missed sleeping with you too

Halley: who is this (noticing Callie)
