Hello everyone! I am here to give you all an update on the editing of COTS. It is hard to say where I'm at in that process because I am combining chapters, adding chapters, writing new scenes and deleting old ones. I think I can safely say I am five chapters into the third draft! I have also been pursuing different platforms that offer editing and publishing services, as well as those that offer printing for hardcover copies. Of course, Amazon is always there as a fallback... I'm just not sure I want Jeff Bezos to own my book lol.
          
          In other news, I have updated the pricing for my Patreon tiers to $2.00 for tier 1 and $5.00 for tier 2 (formerly $5 and $10 respectively). Patreon.com/TheAllieL
          
          Anyways, back to editing I go! To put me in the mood, I've got a homemade mixed drink with random stuff in my fridge and coconut tequila, a YouTube ambience playlist, and a fantastic Alabama sunset :)

Y'all I finished my last college essay and... I don't know how I feel. I'm free? Am I free now?

So, my husband and I recently finished watching the Fallout show on Amazon and… I honestly haven’t seen a show have such good storytelling in a long time. It’s just *chef’s kiss*
          
          Anyways, it inspired me to maybe talk about it more on my Patreon, and start to discuss the various media of storytelling. Idk, but would you guys be interested in something like that? What are some things you’ve read/watched recently that you wished more people were talking about?
          
          There’s also a lot of older books/classics that have really hit me deep with their storytelling techniques that I will probably post about later, but maybe Fallout and other modern stuff could be like a point of comparison between older literature and what exists out there today?

I know a lot of you are bilingual, but I'm not lol. I'm like A2/B1 in Russian but that's it. My husband and I are *obsessed* with learning languages though and we are super stoked to try a language immersion once I graduate university.           Hello everyone! I apologize for my prolonged silence on Wattpad. My life has undergone many changes in the last few years that have contributed to my inability to write: I joined the Army (bad decision), I moved to another city and started university, I got married a year ago (good decision), etc. etc... Now I have settled into my marriage and am set to graduate from university with a degree in anthropology in August, and my husband and I are moving back home to be closer to our families. 
          
          All that being said, I am now pursuing writing full-time! Writing has always been my dream, and now I am finally in a place to start a new chapter of that journey.
          
          The question you might be asking is: what is that going to look like? 
          
          After much deliberation, I have decided to start a page on Patreon ( https://patreon.com/TheAllieL )! Patreon is a platform that allows me to receive funding in the form of monthly subscriptions, which — if we can get enough traction — will allow me to transition to writing full-time for you guys, producing stories and content for your pleasure and leisure. 
          
          There will be two monthly subscription tiers at $5 and $10 at this time. Allow me to briefly explain!

Hey guys! This is another reminder that I am working on a HUGE project that I will be revealing soon. I've been working really hard, but life got in the way and my plans got pushed back... again. Also, thank you guys for all of the sweet messages you have been sending me (they have been really helpful in inspiring to continue), and thank you for sticking around in general.
