Christian Loid

Christian Loid Valenzuela is a licensed professional teacher who holds a baccalaureate degree in Secondary Education, major in English and an award as the Bachelor of Secondary Education - Student Teacher of the Year from Gordon College, Olongapo City, Philippines. He is also a published writer whose works are available worldwide in both digital and printed formats and a professionally trained book editor by the International Association of Professions Career College.

He is a former Senior Engagement Ambassador and Community Associate at Wattpad Corp., Canada, a former Social Media Specialist at 8Letters Bookstore and Publishing and a former proofreader/editor at GoodGov PH.

Additionally, he is a registered author/writer and Literature Educator at the National Book Development Board of the Philippines. He is also affiliated with the Literature Educators Association of the Philippines, Inc., Social Science and Humanities Research Association and Southeast Asian Media Studies Association as its member.

Currently, he is an English instructor at Gordon College who possesses other academic credentials; namely, a) Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from International Open Academy; b) Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from Teacher Record; and c) Specialisation Certificate in Academic English Writing offered in Coursera and authorised by the University of California, Irvine.

Lastly, Christian Loid has an unconditional love for books, movies and music.
