The main focus is just maintaining yourself, no matter what other people go through. 
            
            I feel you, I went into a habit similar to yours, sleeping late, or staying up late, but those are improvements we can make step by step along the way.

             I could always actually try to look better and take of myself, but im not gonna sugar coat it. I'd still wouldn't compare to them. I honestly just accept it yk, and take care of myself for my health lol
