A few days later
it's been a few days since the party and the kissing incident, Jaden and i just haven't been the same since that night i don't know what it is but everything just feels different, maybe it's just in my head.
I'm hanging out in Jaylas room with her and Javon while Jadens at baseball practice.
Jayla: so Y/n how are you and Jaden going since the party?
Y/n: i don't know honestly, everything just feels weird
Jayla: in what way?
Y/n: i don't know maybe i'm just scared and think it's different but we just don't feel as close anymore
*i start to get tears in my eyes*
Y/n: i love him Jay, so much and i really don't want to lose him but i don't think he feels the same way.
Javon: Y/n he definitely feels the same way, he's my brother trust me i know, when your not around you should hear the way he talks about you, like your some sort of fucking goddess or smth

Javon: it sounds stupid but it's true, your his bestfriend and first love Y/n, and he wants you to be his last

Javon: yes he's never committed to a girl for this long, or told a girl he loves them before. he told you he loved you and you guys aren't even together yet, that says something.

i start to get really happy for some reason, i knew he liked me but i never believed he loved me, maybe all the things he's told me over the past few days was true. i can't help but feel like a shitty person for not trusting him.

we go to Javons room and all pick up the bed together and bring it to Jaylas room

me and Jayla go to Jadens room and grab his bed all on our own, we were pretty proud.
a few hours go by and we're just sitting in Jaylas room waiting for Jaden to get home, i miss him so much when he's a baseball practice

Javon and i go to Jadens room to see what he's screaming at

Y/n: don't stress we took it to Jaylas room where having a movie night

Jaden goes to his bathroom for a shower and before we leave i quickly grab one of his hoodies out of his cupboard, i have so many but his are just so comfy.
we sit back on the beds and while we wait for Jaden we try n pick a movie

Jaden: i'm gonna have none left if u keep taking them man
Y/n: u have like a hundred i'm gonna keep taking them, they're so comfy

Jaden comes and sits down next to me, he has wet hair and grey sweatpants on with no shirt, he looks so good when he gets out of the shower i just sit and admire him for a while

he grabs my face and kisses me on the lips
Jayla: ok lovebirds we need to pick a movie

Jayla and i go downstairs and get a heap of snacks for the movie, we just sit in the kitchen for a while and talk, we haven't really talked alone in a few days so we're just catching up
Jayla: so i guess you guys made up after what i seen in there
Y/n: we were never fighting it's just been weird, but since he got home he's been so touchy and loving it's really cute
Jayla: aww i can't believe my bestie and brother are together!!
Y/n: we're not together.. yet
Jayla: when are you guys gonna finally make it official
Y/n: idk but i'm happy now, i know he loves me and i love him idc about a label

after a bit of a chat me and Jayla go back upstairs with the snacks
Jaden: yo what took u guys so long
Jayla: we were having a girl talk, is that okay with you Jaden
Javon: they were talking about periods *he whispers to Jaden*
Y/n: omg Javon ur so immature just bc it was a girl talk doesn't mean it was periods *Jayla and i laugh*
i lay down in Jadens bed next to him and on the other side of me is Jayla in her bed and Javon in his next to her, all the beds are pushed together into one big one
we start the movie and eat our snacks, after a while it gets kinda boring and me and jaden are just laying down facing eachother
Jaden: hey ma *he says quietly*
Y/n: yeah
Jaden: yk i love you a lot
Y/n: i love you too
Jaden: and just bc that shit happened at the party i don't want anything to change, i'm sorry if you felt like it did
Y/n: thanks Javon just tell him everything i said why don't ya *i say louder so Javon can hear*

Jaden: it's okay he was just telling me i need to talk to u about it *we start talking quieter again*
Y/n: it's okay J it was probably just all in my head i was just really anxious about losing you, i have trouble trusting ppl ever since yk my dad
Jaden: i know and i'm sorry, i would do anything to go back and change what happened but i can't and i'm going to show you that you can trust me
Y/n: i do trust you baby i just get scared
he puts his arm around my waist and pulls me in close i lay my head on his chest, i feel so safe when i'm wrapped up in his arms, i kiss him and we continue watching the movie snuggled up together.
