"It's raining" y/n said standing near the exit
"Your not going to melt" I laughed
"Yes she will" Matt joked
Y/n shot matt a look sarcastically
"My hair!" Nick said shaking his head
"I'm only a gentleman for y/n" I chuckled slipping my jacket off and opened the door for y/n then I held the jacket over her head as we walked to the car
"So we're running?" Matt said behind us
"I don't run" nick said
"Oh well" Matt said as he ran past us and to the car
Y/n looked up at me and smiled "thank you"
"Any time" I smiled down at her as we reached the car
Nick wasn't far behind us
Y/n got in the back and so did Nick
I went around and got into the passenger seat
"I hate the rain" nick said "I'm cold now"
"Well" Matt said "it's a 45 minute drive because of traffic" he looked up from his phone and glanced around the car
"Wonderful" nick said slouching down in his seat
"Well I quite like being in the car" y/n chuckled
"Me too" I said raising my hand for a high five which y/n returned
"Better start driving" y/n chuckled at Matt
"You don't say" Matt said pulling out of the parking spot
It was dark outside because it was nighttime, Nick was on his phone, I was queuing music and y/n was looking out the window
All while wonderful Matt drove the car
...
We were stuck in traffic and I hadn't heard Nick and y/n giggling in awhile
I turned around to see y/n and nick asleep
I couldn't help but chuckled
"What" Matt said glancing behind him "oh" he said before laughing lightly
"I was trying to figure out why it was so quiet" I said
"Yeah you haven't said anything in awhile" Matt joked
I rolled my eyes amused

Matt pulled into the garage, Nick and y/n both woke up as soon as we got into the driveway
"Time to sleep in my bed" nick said getting out of the car
"Chris" y/n said quietly
"Don't worry" I chuckled walking around to the side of the car she was on "I'm already here" I said opening the door
She gave me a smile and unbuckled her seatbelt
I picked her up and carried her into the house
She wrapped her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist
"You really are a gentleman huh" she chuckled
"Only for you ma" i smiled kissing her cheek
