I don't know if this is necessarily paranormal or a random coincidence. I'll leave that for you to decide.
My mom and I were just talking about how we always have bad luck with houses. Apparently every house we've ever had has had some sort of problem with it and we always have to move out. It can be from water damage and mold, another the foundation, or bad neighbors that "chase" us out of the neighborhood.
Our last apartment had a lot of water issues like overflowing, the washer somehow wasn't connected properly for no reason and therefore flooded the kitchen.
We've had bad luck when it comes to houses and some apartments. The apartment with the water issues was haunted, so that may have been a factor, I'm not sure.
