for ten minutes, she took her time cautiously walking to the lady's house. she kept on looking around on her way there, she was creeped out about the whisper that morning.
she finally reached the lady's house where she knocked and patiently waited. the lady quickly got to her and welcomed her to her house.
" what's wrong? "
as they sat down and drank tea, the lady questioned her. she sighed and explained what happened. then and there, the two connected the dots.

it scared the girl from those words, but she wasn't going to show it. this didn't work as the lady saw right through her and she laughed at her fear.
