CH 19 CORONATION-3

Jake's POV,

She removed the pendant from her neck and opened it,
It wasn't a pendent, it was a locket.

Inside were two pictures, A women and a man

'Are those' I said but Emily cut me off

'My Parents' She said and a tear rolled down her eyes,

She closed the pendant and wore it, she tried to hold back but couldn't and started crying,

It was the first time I saw her crying, and it broke my heart, I hugged her and she cried for sometime then stopped,

'I feel uncomfortable around Kate because I don't love her,

I never even kissed her back when she kisses me, my mother made us go out once and since then,

Kate thought we were in a relationship but we are not, I am just looking for a chance to break up with her' I told Emily

'That explains your uncomfortable zone' she said

'It's late we should sleep' I said to her, she pulled back from the hug and nodded.

Both of us laid down on our side and faced each other,

'Thank you' She said to me

'For what?' I asked her

'You are nice to me, You give me whatever I want, You don't let me feel that I am a slave' she said to me

She moved closer to me and put her hands  and head on my chest 'And I feel comfortable around you' she said,

I put one of my hand around her and smoothened her soft hair with the other,

'I am nice to you because you deserve that, I give you whatever you want because I think you are worth it,

and I don't let you feel like a slave because, maybe I bought you and people see you as my slave,

but all I see is a beautiful face with a pure soul' i said to her and she looked up at me, and smiled, those eyes that smile, made me smile

I inched closer to her face, and she inched closer to mine, we were about to kiss, when she put her head back on my chest.

What the hell happened to me, i had a sudden urge to kiss her, I have to control myself, God, I love her,

Emily's POV,

I watched him sleep, but couldn't get my eyes of him, he looked a bit disappointed when I  denied to kiss,

But I can't love him, i am a slave, But I do, i have to resist it.

After a little while I fell asleep...

I woke up in the morning,

'Good Morning' Jake said to me, his hands still wrapped around my bare waist because I was wearing a tank top, and mine on his chest.

God, I want his hands all over me,

I looked at him as he wished me, leaving a few inches between our faces,

'Good Morning, Your Majesty' I replied him, jokingly

He smiled and I returned his smile,

'I have a lot to do today' he said to me, removing his hands from my waist and standing up,

'Happy Coronation' I said to him, removing myself from the bed.

'I am going to shower' he said to me and walked in the bathroom.
