"It is."



"Then, thank you, Jo Holmes, for helping us here." Briggs said


"as well as you, Enola" Tewksbury added


"You were supposed to have forgotten those names." I said, jokingly



"Then you two will have to find another." they rode away. I looked at Enola


"no, He'll be fine." we walked towards the stores


"wow. the beating heart of England, huh?" I said


"This is much more... excitable than the countryside" 


"you could say that" I looked to her "now, we must become something...unexpected." she looked back at me


"what do you mean?" I grabbed her hand


"come with me"

we ran into a store to fit on dresses and corsets.

we looked on the racks



"what are you doing here?" some lady screamed at us "and why are you wearing pants?! you're a girl!"

"We shall need two whalebone corsets." I said


"You shall need no such thing. This is a respectable shop." 



"Then we shall respect it." Enola added


"You don't look like you will. You don't smell like you will. And I..." I pulled out the money from my backpack and flaunted it a bit
