ANASTASIA REFUSED TO MOVE AWAY FROM ELEVEN'S SIDE, holding onto her hand tightly as the girl revealed the wound on her leg that seemed to be getting worse as more time went on. Something inside of her was moving around, which caused Eleven to let out a groan of pain. She had began to wail out of pain, as Anna and Mike crouched at either side of her, asking if she was okay and checking on her by calling out her name. Jonathan had dashed around the food courts, gathering some things that he would need to be able to remove the mysterious thing from El's leg.

Anastasia glanced at the knife in horror, Steve held onto her other hand as she tightened her hold onto Eleven's hand. He was going to cut it out of her. "El." He gained the crying girls attention. "This is gonna hurt like hell, okay?"

Eleven's voice cracked as she said, "Okay." He slipped on a pair of the gloves, passing her a wooden spoon for her to bite down onto. The knife was then placed over the wound, and then he dragged it down her leg. Blood gushed from Eleven's leg, as she cried out, gripping onto Mike and Anna's hand for dear life. Jonathan moved his fingers around to try and get the parasite out of her. Steve broke away from the group, letting go of Eleven's hand as he threw up in a nearby plant pot.

Anastasia kept her eyes on Eleven, refusing to look away from her sister. "Stop!" Eleven cried out, waving her hand to signal Jonathan away from her. She sat up as best as she could, looking over at Anastasia who knew what she was going to ask. "Anna, take it out."

Anastasia nodded weakly, raising her palm over Eleven's leg as she concentrated on getting the parasite out of her. Eleven's screams broke her heart, piece by piece, but she knew that if she didn't stop then they would never be able to get it out. The veins in her head showed off even more, along with her red face as she held in a scream, but eventually let it out of her. Everyone around them grimaced, looking away from the scene as it made them feel uncomfortable.

Anastasia applied a higher pressure onto the wound, which left Eleven to let out a scream so powerful that the glass behind them shattered into a million pieces. After what seemed to be hours, Anna had managed to get the parasite out of Eleven, she sent it flying to the other end of the room, it looked like a miniature demogorgon to Anastasia. A foot stomped down onto the creature which brought their attention to the trio in front of them, Hopper, Joyce and another new man that Anna didn't recognize.

The group of teenagers that weren't with Anastasia were shocked to hear that the Russians were attempting to open up the gate to the upside down. The sheer look of horror and dread on their faces was exactly how Anna was feeling, and she wasn't prepared for the news that Mike and Max had to share about a new creature. They believed that the demogorgon were bad, but now they had to deal with yet another - more dangerous - creature than before.
