Things were never quite the same since you gave me Judas kiss.

I could see how you hold your head in your hands.
You need that guidance while you close your eyelids.
Trusting you was making glasses for the eyeless.

I hear all the spaces in your silence. As your body language becomes it's accomplice. You never quite hated me. I could see it in your eyes.

Did you know they're the window to the soul?

It's funny I still think you have one.

Theres not an exact science in the way that you stare.
But I could write books and theories of what's going on up there.
I know that you'll remember me.
Won't you?
What I did to thee.
And other religious-like diction that makes you worship me.

I found you out, poor Judas.
And I had to put you out.

I was good for the while but it's the last supper.
And doesn't that make you happy?

Cuz that smile seems uncanny from the one you used to give me.
It's more than one could see.
That smile that's brings a million curses.

I see how you stay alive, I see how you bare it.

How you resurrect only to laugh in the face of sanity.
How you fall down and clip your wings to make earrings. Maybe some strings for your guitar.

I see you.
And how you never really meant it.

Things were never quite the same since you gave me Judas kiss
But you want to sit back at the table
