It brought me out of my thoughts.
" Shut up " I said while removing the petrol pipe from the tank and closing the lid.
" Ok " Avi chirped again. 'This guy' I thought, shaking my head.
Just then the girls came back and Avi went to freshen up.
All 3 of them were about to reach the car when I saw Ana rubbing her arms.
" Ana, what the hell are you wearing? " I asked baffled and brought her near the car.
She looked down and looked back up with a confused pout " A white sweatshirt? "
" God Ana, I know you behave like a baby, and I'm okay with that because I'm ready to pamper you. But there's a difference between being a baby and being irresponsible. " I said this while I speed-walked to the car trunk, where I keep her shoes; slippers, and a blanket, in case she needs them. She gets cold very easily.
I took out the converse and the blanket kept in it, and a beanie kept in my bag.
I reached near her and took her arm " Come here" I picked her up and made her sit on the car's Bonnet. I removed her slippers and made her wear the shoes on both feet. Before I could tie the laces, she shrieked. " Ow... the bonnet's hot ", and jumped down.
I just shook my head, kneeled, and tied her laces.
