I woke up to the coldness of the bed where y/n was supposed to be but she was there.

I quickly got off the bed and started to look around the room. 'Please don't do anything dumb.' I said to myself as I ran through the house.

But with each room that I looked through, she wasn't there. There was only one room left, as I slowly cracked opened the door, I saw her laying on the carpet ground.

I walked over to her and scooped her up. Her frail body, against mine, before she instantly jolted up.

"What's going on." She mumbled as she rubbed her eyes.

"Let's get you back to bed." I said as I turned to walk out.

"No." She stated before getting out of my arms. "I want to stay here." She said as she walked back to where she was laying.

"Y/n" I called out gently.

"I-I want to stay t-this is the only p-place I feel safe at." She stammered out.

I walked over to her and sat right next to her.

"H/n, what if you were at the restaurant that day, would my child still be here?" She asked looking at the blank wall, with a blank expression.
