Chapter 21- Adios Gorsch!

Harper has just arrived home after her conversation with the commissioner.
"What did you do?" Kelly says as she walks in
"I just had a chat with the commissioner that's all!" Harper says putting her bags down
Harper then fills Kelly in on everything that he said
"You look tired, I'll make dinner" Kelly says
"Okay I'm just gonna go wash my face" Harper says getting up
She walks into the bathroom and shuts the door. She breaks down over the sink as this situation with Gorsch is really getting to her.
"Mummy? Are you okay?" Aria says as she pushes the door open
"Aria!" Harper says as she wipes her tears
"I'm fine baby!" Harper says
"Are you sure! I heard you crying!" Aria says cutely
"I pinky promise I'm fine!" Harper says
"Just don't tell dad okay!" Harper shouts as aria skips out
They all eat dinner and Harper puts the twins to bed.
The next day Harper and Kelly are on shift. They arrive at the same time and walk in together. Harper then starts to make breakfast until it's time for the morning briefing. They walk in and Harper stands at the back with Kelly and Casey. Gorsch walks in
"Good morning men!" Gorsch says as Harper and Gabby clear their throats
"Oh and women! Yes there a big part within the CFD!" Gorsch says in a panic
Harper then makes a face at Kelly and Matt.
"I would kill to have Boden back" Harper whispers to Kelly and Casey
"Anything to share? Bailey?" Gorsch says
"Not at all! And it's Captain Bailey" Harper says
"Why should I call you captain?" Gorsch says
"Well you call Severide and Casey captain but yet you don't call me captain? You just said women are a big part of the CFD yet you can't call me captain?" Harper says as Gorsch goes bright red
"Ahh well yes! Sorry Captain!" Gorsch says as he continues with the briefing
Later on that day Commissioner Grissom visits the firehouse
"Captain Bailey!" Grissom says he walks in
"He griss!" Harper says giving him a hug
"What do we owe the pleasure?" Harper says
"Just came to speech to Gorsch!" Grissom says
"In here sir!" Gorsch says running towards him
"Great!" Grissom says
" I see you got my complaints about Harper Bailey!" Gorsch says confidently
"I did! And I don't believe a word they say!" Grissom says
"But umm I witnessed them!" Gorsch says
" I trained Miss Bailey here! And she's a really good firefighter! That's why I'm taking you out of this program!" Grissom says
"Your what? Your firing me?" Gorsch says shocked
"If you out it like that then yes! Pack up you things!" Grissom says walking away
Gorsch packs up his things and walks out. Squad and engine have just gotten back from a call and they are followed by ambo
"He's gone!" Harper shouts dancing
"And he's never coming back!" Harper shouts
"Really?" Cruz says
"Thank god!" Dawson shouts
Gorsch the comes back to pick up the last of his things as he is walking out
"Adios Amigo!" Dawson and Harper shout as they wave
"Why did we marry the weird ones?" Casey says
"I have no clue!" Kelly says whilst laughing
"Sorry what was that?" Harper asks
"And that's our cue to leave!" Kelly says walking away followed by Matt
