*3rd Person*

Many days have passed since both Marinette and Damian found out about each other's identities. They grew closer since they knew about these things about each other, they didn't feel the need to hide anything from each other. Damian would always end up in Paris to help Marinette with the akuma because of how much time they were together, all of Paris knew of his alter ego.

Bruce also, to Damian's surprise, had allowed Marinette to have access to the bat cave so that she and Damian could spar since their hangouts went over his training time. They both had gotten used to always hanging out with each other, but were still oblivious to each of their own feelings for each other.

Damian was explaining a new technique to Marinette. She would've been listening to his every word like the other times she had when he taught her something new but this time she had a hard time comprehending. Marinette was distracted. Distracted by how Damian didn't gel his hair.

He took a shower before Marinette showed up and didn't bother to put the gel in his hair like he always does. The reason why is that Alfred told Damian that she was here and rushed down before he even put the gel in. His hair got messy from him demonstrating and teaching Marinette that one piece of hair was sticking out and it was really bothering her. As if his hair wasn't already distracting her now she has to deal with the one piece of hair bothering her. She was debating if she should tell him or not because seeing him all serious with that one hair out was hilarious to her.

Too late. Marinette accidentally let herself laugh and then stopped before Damian noticed but he did notice. Damian raised an eyebrow.

"Is something funny?"

"Nothing, it's just," Marinette paused. She walked in front of Damian and reached her hand to the top of his head.

"Um, what are you doing?" Damian asked.

"Fixing your hair, it was distracting me."

"My hair was a distraction?" Damian said softly, getting lost with Marinette playing with his hair. Marinette was simply nodding. Her concentration towards how soft his hair was.

Once she was done she moved her hand away. She made eye contact with Damian, he had been staring at her facial expressions the whole time she had her fingers running through his hair, trying to fix it to her liking. They both didn't look away as they just stared at each other. They both unknowingly moved closer together.

"Whatcha guys doing?" Jason said as he made his way down the steps.

Marinette jumped away while Damian tried to process what had just happened. He gave an angry look towards Jason as Marinette was trying to hide her face, avoiding looking at Damian.

Jason looked at them weirdly until it hit him.

"Oh, I just ruined it, didn't I. Dammit. Continue as you were," he said as he left.

Marinette coughed nervously.

"I should probably get back to the hotel, it's almost time for you to go out on patrol," Marinette said, quietly.

"Okay then, I'll take you back," Damian said.

The two made their way out of the manor. They were on the way to the hotel when Damian got a call. It was connected to Bluetooth.

"Dami, I just got here and I found out you aren't here," Jon said.

"I'm taking Marinette home," Damian said.

"Good because I'm actually not at the manor. Her friends aren't at the hotel either. Since she is stealing you from me, I'm stealing her friends from her," Jon said, playfully.
