You and Striker arrived at the courtyard of the manor. You noticed your father and brothers had already been seated at the dining table.
"Ah. Striker, please. Have a seat." Divnos welcomed.
Your father is a tall fallen angel with platinum blonde short hair with a beauty mark under his left eye, seemingly looked young despite his actual age. He was also well-dressed, wearing a long-sleeved dress shirt with a dark red vest, and dark dress shoes. In addition to his attire, he wore a gray ascot around his neck.
You stared at the table, seeing your brothers already sitting at the dining table. Vick and Valor were standing on the other side of the table.
You took notice Ander's surprising look on his face. It might be because you were holding Striker's arm. You secretly frowned to yourself, knowing that you only held onto his arm because you didn't want to trip yourself in your heels.
Striker escorted you to the empty seat. You reluctantly sat down as Striker sat next to you.
Some of the Imp servants arrived, carrying trays with plates of food.
Your father finally sat down on his seat.
"Now then, let us talk about an important matter. It's about your failed attempt on assassinating a certain Goetia."
Your brothers went surprised when your father mentioned that.
"Whoa, seriously? You tried to kill a Goetia?!" Ander exclaimed in surpirse as he abruptly stood up from his seat.
Andre grabbed Ander's shoulder, forcing him to sit back down.
"Oh, for Satan's sake, don't be so surprised as if it is a big deal. Although, I cannot imagine why would someone want a Goetia dead." stated Andre.
"No kidding. Because a certain someone wanted her own cheating prick of a husband dead..." you thought to yourself.
Andre continued, "I never heard someone requested a hitman to kill a Goetia except the fact some of the demons especially Imps try to attempt to kidnap one. For some atrocious reasons."
"Of course, the kidnappers want money from a Goetia or even their bodies." mentioned Andri.
You went baffled when Andri mentioning an Imp wanted to kidnap a Goetia for their body.
"Why would the Imps want to kidnap a demon royalty of the Ars Goetia for so they can f*** them?!"
"Never mind all that. I would like to know who hired you to assassinate Prince." said Divinos.
"I don't think I should reveal my client to anyone outside of my job." stated Striker, narrowing his eyes on your father.
"That's fair." your father shrugged. "To tell you the truth, I've never seen a hitman like you failed to assassinate a Goetia. For a first time, that is..."
As he said, he took a sip from his glass of red wine.
"Needless to say, not only that you failed to kill one, but you lost the only weapon who kill a powerful demon royalty."
"At least I still keep one though," replied Striker.
You realized that Striker was talking about the blessing-tipped pistol, the one your father created that five years ago.
"Hmm... Feels like a single bullet from a blessing pistol won't be enough to kill a Goetia." commented Divinos.
"I'll make sure I won't mess up next time."
Divinos stared at Striker as he put his glass on the table.
"I understand your determination to take down a member of the Ars Goetia, but I believe you can't do it all by yourself, to be honest."
"What do ya mean?"
"I'm saying that maybe you should need someone to help you. Perhaps a partner or an aide?" your father stated, "In fact, I've already chosen someone before you came."
"What?" You began to have a bad feeling when your father mentioned about picking a helper for Striker.
Your father gave you a smile as he announced, "From now on... my daughter will be helping you."
You widened your eyes in shock as you went speechless. Glancing at Striker next to you, you noticed the smirk on his very so arrogant face.
And then, the next thing was that you ended up angrily kicking away a dining table.
Boy, that made you really super pissed.
