The bright morning with shining sun brought nothing but more tears in her life.

SHEHRYAAR'S POV -

She woke up on my voice, did her morning routine, had breakfast with me.
I worked from home, not wanting to leave Eda alone at home.
Then we both had our lunch together and then i left Eda at Laiba's place in the evening whilst going to pick up our mothers from our relatives house.

I took Eda at our apartment with our mothers on our way.

As soon we reached, Eda ran to the bathroom. I was startled by her sudden action and ran behind her

"Edaa?"

"Edaa please open the door! Are you okay?" I knocked the door several times but she didn't reply and puked, hurled everything she ate. I heard the noises and it made me worried for her

She finally opened the door after 5 minutes and came out. She was trembling and her face flushed red, her eyes looked so tired and exhausted. I immediately took her in my hold and walked towards our bed.

"What happened Eda...are you okay baby?" Her mother asked cupping Eda's cheeks & caressing her hair

"I feel like my stomach is burning." She replied laying back on bed leaving my hand

"Let's go to the hospital Eda, right now. Get up" i said

"Get up Honey, see a doctor" my mom said caressing her hair but she fainted and slept in that position

"Eda...Eda!" Alia Ma was crying

"Don't worry Ma, She must've fell asleep as she was feeling drowsy already. I'll be with her you people please go and have dinner." I said

Alia Ma wasn't ready to have dinner but Ammi forced her.

I sat holding her cold hands, rubbing them giving them my warmth. I kept peppering kisses all over her palms, fingers and back of hand. Her soft willowy hands look so beautiful and delicate in my big and rough ones. She opened her eyes after half an hour.

"How are you feeling baby?" I asked kissing her forehead.

"Drowsy" she replied

"Let's go to a doctor, get up" i said

"Yeah" she agreed & i helped her standing up, wearing her overcoat & we entered their lounge where our mothers were seated.

"Khushkhabri lekar aana" my mom said grinning & Alia Ma was also smiling. What the heck?

"What?" Eda asked confusingly and our mom's smirked! They smirked! What the heck? My eyes widened, I could sense what are they thinking about

"Kuch nahi Eda, chalte hai hum Ammi" i said dragging her softly

We went to her favourite doctor, she took an injection clutching my arm tightly, & hiding her face in my chest.

"Ow! Ow! Sherryy...aah!" She yelled loudly in pain, and the doctor & my ears almost bled due to her sharp voice. She is a big screamer her voice so sharp that could cut diamonds

"Shushh... it's done, almost done" i was consoling her & she dig her nails in my skin. I held back my cry cuz her nails are damn sharp like her voice

"Ow! Aaahh! Dr. Rosaline! The syringe you injected in me is giving me shocks in my veins! What is it? Is it even a liquid?" She scolded her doctor. Me & the doctor chuckled to which Eda pinched my stomach

We returned home & our mothers were eagerly waiting for us.

"So is it positive? Please say yes" my mom said with twinkling golden brown eyes same as mine. I got my eyes from my mom.
