They were on the way to home, she was silent. And he was looking at her frequently.

"Meri Biwi toh badi Ameer nikli.." he said playfully

- no reply, sudden mood change.

"Do you even imagine how much I yearned for you?" He broke the silence.
-no reply

"Kahan gayi thi? Kis dost ke saath?Mujhe bataa ke kyu nhi gyi?" He asked her but no reply

"Edaa? Talk to me yaar, I'm sorry for behaving like that, how much will you punish me?" He pleaded but getting no reply he got frustrated.

"Tum toh Ghar chalo bataata hoon mai tumhe" he again messed up with her

"Should I call Baba Jaani?" She straight away threatened him.

"Mai toh mazaak kar rha tha jaan meri" he came back on track, scared & fake laughing.

They reached home, Eda greeted everyone & was in the kitchen drinking chilled water when Adeeba came from behind.

"Kyun aa gyi itne jaldi?" Adeeba whispered in Eda's ear from behind to scare her but Eda didn't even blink & turned around with her signature poker face

"Mera sasuraal hai, tum batao tum yahan tarasti Rooh ki tarah kyun bhatakti rehti ho?" Eda replied

"Mere Mamu ka Ghar hai" she replied

"Ek din ka mehmaan, doosre din ka haiwaan, teesre din ka shaitaan...suna nahi ye kabhi?" Eda said very calmly passing a fake smile to her & taking one more sip of water with a slurping voice

"You're tongue is very long I must say" She replied

"Yeah...be cautious, It can pierce through your heart" Eda warned her

"Well I spent a great time with Sherry when you weren't here" she said devilishly

"Khwaab mein?" She said sarcastically

"Haqeeqat mein" Adeeba replied with a smirk

"I know my husband inside out. He loves me, & is scared of me too. Now that I've come back he won't even reply to your rants just out of formality too, you'll see that." Eda replied with utter confidence

"Itna guroor?" Adeeba got frustrated

"Yaqeen! Khud par. Ke mera shohar mere alawa kisi aur ki taraf aankh bhi nhi uthata, ye meri qabiliyat samjho ya mera naseeb jo usey meri mohobbat mein qaid kiye hue hai" Eda replied with confidence

"Tumne jaadu Kiya hai uspe" Adeeba replied

"Umr mein Ayesha Aapi jitni ho, par na tum career bana paai Na hi tumhari Shaadi ho rhi...Shakl se bhi theek thaak hi ho, kyun tarsi hui Rooh banke ghoomti ho? Umr nikalti Jaa rhi hai isme, bohot pachtaaogi ek din tum" Eda replied walking away

"How dare you?" She flared in anger

"Adeeba darling, you haven't seen my true self until now. And you don't know how much dare I have. I'm not what you think." Eda replied patting her cheek in intimidating way

"Bohot ghamand hai tum mein, ye ghamand Mai todungi. Shehryaar zyada din nhi rahega tumhare saath. Tumhari khubsurti pe Marta hai bas, aur khubsurti dhalne wali cheez hai" Adeeba threatened her

"I dare you to break my self- respect which you assume as my Ego. And about my husband...he loves me more than his life he won't leave me till the day of judgement & even hereafter he'll choose me. and lastly, indeed beauty is meant to fade away, just like yours is half faded away already & Shehryaar is head over heels for me not just for my Beauty but for many more capabilities I have" Eda replied to each taunt of hers & winked at the end
