Peter climbs the building and gets onto the roof.
One step letting Mr. Stark die
One step letting Ben die
One step putting his classmates in danger
One step putting May in danger
One step putting his friends in danger
One step being careless enough to get his identity revealed
One step giving away EDITH to Beck in the first place
Last step -
"Peter! Don't do this!" "Pepper..." "Peter come here" Pepper gently coaxed. Peter runs to Pepper and hugs her "I'm sorry...I'm sorry." Tears rolling down his cheeks. "Shhh it'll be okay. I've got you." Pepper consoled. After a few minutes of this process Peter speaks voice small "Are you going to tell May?" "No, but you're going to therapy once a week at the compound. You can tell May when you're ready. It'll be okay. You'll be okay." Pepper said softly. And Peter. He will be okay.
I cried. I'm writing fluff next. Please stay safe.
