Ah school had just let in for another year junior year an important part of really nothing I mean I guess it means you're growing up but no junior students want to remember that well atleast I don't anyways our story starts in a school called RCIS I'm a student there which is nice this is where our story begins in August 26th look it's me getting ready for school yay. this is my story about how I met a kid named Sergio
Cassie's POV
I walk to my bathroom to get ready with my clothes. And look at myself in the mirror. I love my green eyes. I thought it was cool, ngl kinda makes me look like a douche but I shaved a slit in my eyebrow it looks okay. I start by washing my face. I'm so relieved I finally got rid of all the acne I actually lost so much weight over the summer from training with my bff and her dad which is awesome I changed a lot well not that much I ended up getting the "emo" hair cut I wanted I dyed my hair black with a blue and purple fade and started doing more makeup and in the way my brother describes it "not dressing like a hobo" I started wearing more form fitting clothes now that I'm not embarrassed by my weight I brush my hair out and put on my new cat ear beanie I got with some earrings that have stars as the design and my other piercings my regular silver shark bite rings and my belly button piercing that has a dangling silver star like my earrings and my tounge piercing and throw on my black and red flannel with a black sorta crop top but not fully a crop top and some netted stockings along with a dangling bullet necklace with my dogs ashes in it and the lords prayer on it and a choker under it I put some brown and black with a tiny bit of red makeup on and put on some pink lip gloss and run down stairs lacing up my black combat boots and grabbing my phone head phones backpack and keys and wallet before driving to school and more importantly picking up coffee from Starbucks for me and my bff I get some Starbucks for us then head to her house I walk up to her door and knock her father Bruce opens the door "why hello adopted daughter" said her dad "why hello adopted dad is Kira up and ready?" I say he invites me in and says "ya she's doing her makeup which I'm glad for cause she's acting more like a girl now" my best friend walks out she has curly hair, and Hazel eyes while she is wearing a black tank top with a green and blue flannel and some light blue shorts ripped at the bottom she had a black choker on and some black and white converse and very natural makeup brown and black with some dark red lipstick "hey buddy I brought you all some coffee decaf for Snow" I say "I can take pearl to school with us if you guys want" I say handing them all coffee "that's okay since your here way earlier then expected and pearl doesn't get up early you and Kira can head to school and I'll take pearl and snow to school later" Kira's mom Nyssa "oh okay then I'll see you guys later when I drop her off bye" I say hugging them "bye thank you for the coffee" they say hugging me back "bye Kira we love you" they say as she says bye and hugs them we walk out of the house and hop in my white Chevy pick up truck with blood splatters on the outside "so buddy how you feelin?" I say to her "like crap I like how I did my makeup but I hate that my dad had said that dude" she says putting her head in her hands "I'm sorry buddy maybe we will have the same classes so we can hangout all day" I say giving her a gentle shove I start the car and hook up my phone to the Bluetooth "pick a song" I say to focused on driving she grabs my phone and puts on dove e quando we sing a long her better than me because I know no Italian I'm taking Chinese and suck at it I finally get to the school and park we get out and go to the field because they want us to meet with the councilors to get our scedual then go to our advisement teachers me and sam (Kira is sam nickname from tv show for our spn people) go in different lines because we had to I get my schedule and meet back up with her "FINALLY!!!" We both say jumping up and down cause we finally have all the same classes but one this year."Yes! I'm just so happy. " I say fake crying, we head over to our advisor, Mr. Daller, who was our chemistry teacher in 10th grade when we reached Mr. Daller, I see a boy who I have has a crush on since technically 9th grade, but only for a second then, but in 10th grade, I really really had a crush on him He has jade green eyes dark brown hair which you would think was black if it weren't for the light and he's wearing his usual gold chain with a cross at then end of it and his black hoodie and some blue jeans with his belt that has a cowboy buckle which is weird cause uh hes not from the south but he's actually Mexican well then again there are country Mexicans I guess. I stand with Kira near a shaded tree looking at him sorta but in a way he won't really notice I'm looking at him when suddenly he walks over I could feel my face start warming up and my heart stopping and then beating faster as if I was about to have a heart attack k I hate when that happens my stomach starts doing stupid backflips "Hey! Uh, Cassie, right?" He says awkwardly, smiling and rubbing the back of his neck. I stood there stunned for a minute, just eyes wide until Kira jabbed me in the arm with her elbow. "Oh ya, uh Sergio, right?" I say awkwardly looking at him then to the ground."Ya Sergio, uh, what's your guy's classes this year?" He says, trying to make me look him by bending down, trying to catch my eye sight "well our classes are *says scedual cause I don't wanna make one to tired its 1:42 in the morning*" I say raising my head to look him in the eye while laughing "hey me too! I actually have all of the same classes but languages mostly cause I take Spanish" he says laughing "ya well you better not do what you did last year if you sit with us in a class again make us do all the work while you go to hangout with your girlfriend Nicki" I say messing around with him crossing my arms he looks at me with a I just kicked your puppy look then to the ground "me and Nicki broke up like a few months ago" he says looking at the ground still I stare at him in shock for a moment "I'm So Sorry! I-I didn't know I didn't mean to say that uh uh" I say panicking "it's okay I mean it's been months so it's not like it's a new kinda pain you know" he says looking at me now "uh I would ask why but we ain't that close yet" I say awkwardly laughing "yet?" He says, smirking menacingly like an asshole and looking back up through his thick eyelashes "I meant as in we ain't that close and automatically said yet man nothing more nothing less" I say crossing my arms looking at a tree "well uh I would like to become friends" he says with a sickeningly sweet smile "well then uh let's uh become friends? I guess???" I said questioningly, confused about what's happening "well uh I guess we should go to class since we all are in the same classes, " I say, trying to break the awkward silence, we head to class and by some sick evil scheme like the teachers are against me somehow but also for me sat me with Sergio and Kira and this other kid names Jason "but hey can I have your contact info?" Sergio whispers to me. "Why do you need my contact info and pay attention" I whisper back, " I whispers back to him "because we are friends and I would like to talk to you when we aren't at school and hang out" he whispers back nudging my arm "uh I guess after class" I whisper to him nudging him back I look over at Kira who is very quiet and very red I'm probably very red too which uh sucks cause I don't want him to notice I start writing stuff down when he leans in to see my answers might I add very close so close I can smell his cologne which has a sweet smell and not over powering like all the other guys and it is the same one I've smelled before but don't know where making my face heat up like I'm near a burning hot oven which is making me feel irritated cause I hate having a crush it sucks when you can't be with them I gently nudge him in his chest back with my elbow "get your own answers these are mine" I said sorta with an attitude "I'm sorry I wasn't trying to take your answers or anything I was gonna ask if I could just see your phone to put my number in it instead" he said panicking and looking down I feel bad now gosh I hate that I feel bad "no no I meant that not in a mean way I'm sorry I was just trying to do something and when someone who I'm not super close with gets next to me it makes me irritated and have horrible anxiety" I said which it isn't fully a lie but also not the full truth either I'm just hoping he never find out the whole truth. I hand him my phone to put his number in "there my number is in!" he says, smiling

I look at my phone and go to save his number, putting his contact info as mr.Modern, which is an inside joke between me and Kira. I set his profile picture as a picture of Shawn and Gus from psych screaming after they find their buddy dead inside a car and his ringtone as a thousand miles cause that's Hilarious "don't you want Kira's number?" I say pointing at Kira. "Uh ya, Kira, can I have your number?" He says, looking over at her. "Sure here," she says handing him her phone after she gets it back she does the same thing I did and we both look at each other and laugh "what did you set my stuff in your phone as?" I say, looking at him. "Nothing, just your regular name and a photo of you I just took, " he says, snickering. I look at him funny. "What do you mean you didn't take a picture of me, so what's my profile picture?" I say, tilting my head in confusion. "Fine, your profile picture is a picture of rocket from guardians of the galaxy laughing and shooting at everyone," he says, laughing to himself silently "wow how rude" I say turning away from him school finally ends and I go to leave the school when Sergio stops me and Kira "hey uh would you wanna hang out some time later?" He says, rubbing his neck again and doing that goofy cute smile. "Uh ya sure, text me when and where, and I'll drive there, " I say, turning to leave when he grabs my wrist, making me turn back "actually how about I pick you up to save gas you know!" He says, looking me in the eye "sure I guess I'll text you my address. I'll see you later. Bye Sergio," I say, going to leave when he still has my wrist. Suddenly, I felt myself being turned around and pulled into a side hug I stand there awkward and pat his back and let go as he does and run to my car with sammy luckily my windows are tinted so he can't see me blushing very bright red for once I didn't actually hate a hug from someone I barely know I'm actually kinda excited to hang out late I text him my address and drive Kira to her house and drive home to charge my phone and an hour later I hear a knock at my door and rush down to open it before anyone else can and....
