Hearing a knock, Josiah look over at the camera next to him seeing Mitch he hit the buzzer to open the door .
"Wassup boss man ." They greeted
"Wassup how y'all doing today ." Mitch asked closing the door
"All is good , we got the order ready for you ." Josiah said tapping one of the duffle bags
"Bet let's get this shit to the car ." Mitch said as they all grabbed two bags each exiting the room .
"I appreciate it man y'all have a good day ." Mitch said before they walked off Mitch called Josiah back
"Where your brother ." Mitch asked Josiah he haven't seen or heard from Jody in two days
"I'm not sure , I haven't heard from him myself ." Josiah said lying Mitch just looked him over before nodding
"Tell him holla at me before the day is over ." Mitch said
" I gotchu ." Josiah replied
Mitch watched him walk off as Josiah pulled his phone out texting jody .

Lookingdown at his phone Jody signed it was one of them weeks he didn't feel like being bothered .
Especially recently finding out his grandmother had cancer and she moved in with them a lot of shit just been having him non focus .
Although he know he couldn't just ignore Mitch or the line of work he did he just had a lot of shit going on .
It was no excuse ,but Jody just liked to be closed in . He only liked to talk to his mom or Deidre and the second option wasn't a go they was on bad terms at the moment .
Jody admired his momma Janel & his grandmother Jewel move around the kitchen as they prepared a late brunch .
"Ooo y'all got it smelling good up in here ." Joion said smiling as she went to dig her hand in the pile of fried wings
"Girl get out of my chicken ." Jewel yelled smacking her hand away " Brunch will be ready in a few ." She said flipping the waffle iron and taking the strawberry waffle out setting it on the tray with the others .
