40. You Were Never There

You were never there, were you?
May I ask, what gives you the guts?
To again come in my view
You are simply driving me nuts

What could you do to help?
Maybe just stay with me
But on hearing my yelp
You instead chose to flee

You are mad
Insane
Long ago lost

I was sad
In pain
Paying the cost

Of the crime you committed
Making me a victim again
Sins you never admitted
And I kept on trying in vain

You were never there, were you?
Then, why suddenly you feel that
I will allow you to do
What you have always done in 'chat'

Twist my mind till I scream
And just fall to your feet
This sure feels like a dream
Such a nightmare, this meet

You are good
At this
Mental abuse

No one would
Dare hiss
Seeing you loose

You do know the way away
From your overdue penalty
With my life, you love to play
As if I am an entity

You were never there, were you?
May I ask bud, where were you lost?
Stay at that wrecked rendezvous
Because the fine line, you have crossed

I needed someone then
You had promised to stay
No one was there again
Funny, one more delay

Alone me
In need
Cursing the sky

You still flee
Same deed
Another lie

'I promise to stay next time'
I am so tired of hearing
Though it's not, feels like a crime
Staying and then disappearing

You were never there, were you?
To what, I owe the pleasure now?
No promise was ever true
Yet you show up again...Just Wow...
