Beachside Fun :: Ron Weasley

A Weasley family trip was always something worth attending, you surely got entertainment for the day, even if it's not by the place you'll be attending but instead the family you're with. You're surrounded by love and family the entire day, what could be better?

You were in the ford anglia as Arthur drove the Weasley clan plus yourself, Harry and Hermione to the beach which wasn't as far away as one would imagine.

Once the car is in park and sitting on the ground, everyone piled out, grabbing things from the back trunk before heading onto the sand.

You hadn't been to the beach since you were younger and was so excited to be back, and to have even more fun than the first time.

You walked beside Hermione and Ginny, as you three made plans to lay in the sand and to maybe put your feet into the water. While Ron and the boys walked ahead of you.

Ron was your best friend but you figured he was interested in Hermione, and you didn't want to jeopardize the friendship you have because of him not feeling the same as you do.

Once you three found a sunny spot you laid your towels out onto the sand, as you laid on top of them and relaxed as the boys did who knows what by the water.

You removed your bathing suit cover up, tossing it to the side of your towel. You sighed as the sun beat down on your body.

You must have fallen asleep because you woke up to wet dripping along your face. You opened your eyes to see Ron standing above you, wearing swimming trunks and his wet hair dripping water into your face.

Your eyes widened as you looked to see Harry standing beside Ginny and Fred beside Hermione.

"Ready lads!" George called from the shore and you gasped as the three guys picked you girls up before running to the water and throwing you three into the water.

You started screaming as the cold water pulled you under before you swam up and started to breathe again.

"My god Ronald Weasley!" You squealed as you saw Ron, Fred and Harry laughing hard. You looked to see Hermione and Ginny looking angry as you three got out of the water and tackled the boys while they were bent over.

Butterflies erupted in your stomach when you were pressed against Ron, as your arms went around his neck and he held your thighs up. He walked you back to your towel where you wrapped it around yourself to dry.

Ron sat down beside you and crossed his legs in his lap. He looked over at you and smiled as you looked down and blushed.

"Sorry about throwing you in. We thought it would be fun." Ron chuckled and you looked him in the eyes.

"It's no problem. It was actually kind of nice." You chuckled as well, as you looked to see the sparkling water ahead of you, it seemed bluer than before.

Ginny and Fred were splashing water around while Harry and Hermione did the same, George stood there awkwardly with water going up to his knees. He seemed lost without Fred giving him attention which made you laugh a bit. George looked like a lost puppy.

"Wanna go back in the water?" Ron asked, you nodded before dropping the towel and jumping on Ron's back as he ran fast aiming straight for George who stood straight with zero protection. George's eyes widened and moved to the side just in time and you jumped off of Ron's back and into the blue water.

You came back to the surface, swinging hair from your face before opening your eyes to see Ron staring at you.

"What is it?"

"N-nothing, you're just so god damn beautiful." He smiled before pulling you close to him, the years of friendship, the many smiles and awkward conversations between you two came down to this moment, where his lips finally touched yours.

You two stood knee deep into the ocean, with your hands on each other's faces, as you couldn't find yourself to pull away to catch your breath. That moment felt perfect, until none other than the twins splashed water at the two of you.

"Freddie! Can't you see they're in love?" Hermione placed her hands on her heart while smiling at you two.

"Sorry babe, just can't see my little brother snogging someone." Fred laughed before carrying on to splash Hermione.

"So where were we?" Ron smirked before moving your chin to face him with his finger before leaning back in to another passionate kiss.
