"ema, it's your turn," the gold pairs of eyes met with mine
"alright, but give me a minute... Please" I pleaded, holding a tired and scared girl in my arms
The man with gold eyes sighed and turned his back, "5 minutes" before closing the door to the dark and small room
The little girl I hold so close was my little sister, eri.
She was the only family I had left and now she's trembling with fear in my arms after being "tested" on
I stroke her light blue-gray hair in attempt to calm her down
Successfully after, we sat down at the corner and start to do our usual care
"Let get you bandaged up" in a soft voice, I proceeded to take the medkit and wrapped her arms from both newly and old scars
Her eyes was pricking with tears, "Eri...." I called out to her
She responded with a small whimpering "yes?"
"escape from here" looking into her ruby red eyes, that had widen from my speech
"Bu-but" she stuttered to say her words
"listen.... I'm being tested at least for 3 to 4 hours a day, use that time to run and get help."
Her cheeks was now wet with tears running down. "Bu-but what about you sister? I don't want to leave you here all alone" protesting against me
"I know... I know... But after I can confirm that you're safe, then I can escape by myself..."
Eri vigorously shook her head against my idea however it has to be this way

I put on a sad smile "if heroes came looking for me, overhaul will take that chance to claim you back when most heroes are busy saving me"
