it doesn't matter
whether my eyes are
open or closed,
all i see is you.
it's like you're stamped
right on my eyes.
it doesn't matter
whether my mind is
stressed or peaceful,
you're always there.
lurking at the back,
but there nonetheless.
it doesn't matter
whether my heart is in
one piece or broken,
you're the one with
both the glue and the knife.
it doesn't matter
whether you are
here or not,
the memories of you stays.
no matter how bad
i want to get rid of it,
it stays with me.
