God dammit! I took my alarm clock & throw it to my wall. LITERALLY. I groaned as I wake up from my precious bed. I took a quick shower. Then, I went into my closet to pick random clothes. Today, I was wearing a crop top with the words 'I'm Miss Precious' & denim jeans. I took my one-shoulder bag & ran downstairs. "Hey sweetie." I turned & saw my mom making coffee in the kitchen.

I ran towards her. "Mom! I didn't even realized u r here." I smiled. "I just came back yesterday night. I saw u & Lucas were sleeping so I went to sleep as well." She smiled. I kissed her cheek & went to find the cereal box. "Well, if it makes u any better, I'll send Lucas to school today." I offered. Her eyes lit up. "Really? That would be great, sweetie. I need to rest anyway." I nodded.

After I finish my cereal, I shouted Lucas' name. "LUCAS!" He ran downstairs. "Ready?" I asked him. He nodded. Then, I motioned him to get in the car. I started the engine & it purred. Then, I press the gas. "Hey sis?" Lucas asked, not taking his eyes off the scenery. "Yeah?" He turned his head to me.

"Will u be okay?" I raised an eyebrow.

"What do u mean?" He rolled his eyes.

"R u sad? Because of Ashton?" I shook my head.

"No. I'm okay, Luc. I'm big & I can live without that son of a bitch." That's a lie. But I smiled to my little brother. He returned one too.

"I'm glad." He said as his school became visible.

He walked out the car & ran towards his school. As I was about to leave, I saw Lucas talking to his principal. Is he late? I thought. But then, he pointed at me. His principal & him walked towards me. As a mannered person, I went out my car to greet her. "Principal Brown." I took out my hand to let her shake it. She smiled & shook it. "Lilliana. Just the person I wanted to see."

I gulped. I eye contacted with Lucas like we r talking with our eyes.

Me: R u in trouble again?

Lucas: Nope. It's about something awesome.

Me: Oh really?

Lucas: Yes it is. Just hear what Principal Brown need to say.

He rolled his eyes. I sighed in relief. "So Principal Brown, what's up?" I asked her. "Oh yes. Lucas here has been qualified to go into the Lightning Run Championships this year!" She squealed. Literally. I looked at Lucas with a proud smile. I was 2010's Lightning Run Championships' winner. I was in 1st place that year. I'm proud that Lucas can be like me now.

"Oh wow! That's awesome, Luc! I'll make sure mom gets the news." I smiled. Principal Brown nodded. "Yes. That's why I need to talk to u. I know that Lucas is quite a forgetter." She looked at Lucas. I nodded in agreement. "Oh well then, I guess I'll be going now! Bye Principal Brown & Luc!" I said as I ran towards my Porsche. I went into the driver's seat & sped off.
