My mind is a traveler, always on the move Roaming through memories, seeking a groove Drifting like a cloud in the summer sky Aimlessly wandering, with no reason why
Sometimes my thoughts are like a gentle breeze Caressing my soul with a sense of ease Other times they're like a raging storm Tossing me around, leaving me forlorn
But even when they're wild and untamed My thoughts are never fully constrained For they hold the key to my heart and soul Guiding me towards my ultimate goal
Just like a wanderer searching for his way My thoughts will lead me to a brighter day Through the twists and turns of life's journey My wandering thoughts will never desert me
So let them roam free, let them fly high For they are the wings that help me to fly And though they may lead me off the beaten track My wandering thoughts will always bring me back.
