I gaze upon the mirror's face
And see a shattered image in its place
A broken reflection, fragmented and flawed
With cracks and crevices that leave me awed

Each piece tells a story, a tale of pain
A moment of heartbreak, a tearful rain
The pieces don't fit, they don't align
A mirror that's broken, beyond design

I try to fix it, piece by piece
But it's a puzzle that will never cease
The fragments shift, they move and break
A never-ending cycle, a cruel fate

The broken reflection, a metaphor of life
Of the trials and tribulations, the endless strife
We try to mend, to make it whole
But brokenness is part of the human soul

So let us embrace the shattered parts
For they make us who we are, with all our hearts
Let us see the beauty in the brokenness
And find hope in the midst of the mess.

We all face challenges in life that can leave us feeling shattered and fragmented, and it's easy to become overwhelmed by the pieces that don't fit together.
