Jane Seymour's POV:

I sat as the room observed the evidence of our case. I had pleaded not guilty on any charges. "We have come to a decision." The Judge announced. "John Seymour, Edward Seymour, and Jane Seymour have been pledged guilty of all charges and will be either burned or beheaded depending on the Kings pleasure." He announced. I let out a choked sob as I heard his words.

The guards dragged the rest of my family and I out of the room and back to the tower. I would loose my head, I would never get to live or be married. I loved the King but my my families love for power over weighed it.

Victoria's POV:

I entered my 2nd month of pregnancy today. I hated giving birth because of the pain but it all went away when I saw his face. Nicholas is one of the best things to ever happen to me. I would go through it all again for him if needed. "Ladies, I am going to visit King, Lady Beth and Lady Mary accompany me please." I asked, standing from my chair. They nodded and bowed.

I approached my husbands study and nodded towards the announcer. He nodded and opened the door bellowing out, "Her Majesty Queen Victoria, Lady Beth Ottos and Lady Mary Stafford." My husband looked up from the documents and smiled at me. "Love I have news." He said, standing up and walking towards me. He grabbed my hand and led me to a seat. "The Seymour family has been found guilty on all charges and will be executed by tomorrow." He announced.

I was stunned, they were actually guilty. I nodded, "How will they be executed?" I asked. "Jane will be beheaded, Edward and John will be too." He answered, looking into my eyes. I nodded again and stood. "I want to visit Jane, now." I demanded, he nodde,, "As you wish my Queen." He said, kissing my hand and letting me go. I stood and headed towards the royal nursery, Annw may have not been allowed to see her child but Jane will be.

I entered the nursery and they bowed. "Would you like to see Prince Nicholas Majesty?" One asked walking towards the little boy in his crib. "Not now, I want Lady Grace." I demanded impatiently. They seemed confused but walked towards the 5 month old child's crib. They picked her up and handed her to me. I stared into her bright blue eyes. "Hi my dear." I whispered. "I will be taking her for a while." I announced turning to walk out.

I headed towards the tower where Jane was being held. "Take me to Mistress Seymours cell, now." I said to the nearest guard. He bowed and turned and led me to her cell. "Are you sure the child should be here." The guard asked skeptical. "Are you questioning your Queens orders?!" I said angrily. I was impatient because before long Jane would be asleep and dead tomorrow. He gulped and nodded no, continuing to lead me to her.

We got to her cell and he opened the doors, the guards kept close as to inquire that Jane would dare attack me. "Jane." I said, clearing my throat to catch her attention. Her head snapped towards me and she looked horrible. Her eyes were sunken and the dark circles under them didn't help. "I have brought Grace to you, to see her mother one last time." I said softly. "I don't like you one bit but Anne was not allowed to see her child one last time but I will allow you to." I declared.

"I am grateful, thank you." She uttered, raching for her baby. Jane may have regretted Grace because she was a girl but she was still her child. I watched as Jane kissed her forehead and held her tight. I felt my heart pang a little, knowing Grace would grow up just as Elizabeth and Mary are. A bastard and without a mother.

I watched as Jane's pale face grew red and puffy from the tears streaming down her face. "Ladies, Guards, wait outside I want a moment alone with Lady Jane." I blurted, finally letting her mistress title go. They looked weary but I gave them a stern look and they bowed , leaving to stand outside the door. "Victoria, I hate you as you hate me but please take care of my girl, let her know that she is loved and her mother loves her very much." she whispered, sniffing.

"I will, Jane she will grow up as if she were my own and your memory shall never be erased from her." I muttered, my voice cracking. I fought back tears as Jane slowly fell to the ground, holding Garce tightly. "Oh my baby, mommy will love you forever." She whispered once more, before standing up and handing Grace away one last time. She pulled the locket from her neck and handed it to me.

I opened it and it contained, one side with a portrait of Henry, and the other a portrait of Jane. "Please give it to her as a reminder of me." She said, slowly moving back to her tiny desk in the room. I painfully nodded and turned to exit the room, tears built up in my eyes, threatening to fall.

Emotional chapter, I had to show that Jane still had some humanity in her, I wanted Grace to experience being with her mother once more for the last time.
