Joules' POV

I woke up with my face pressed against Lucius' chest. I snuggled closer, but in the process, I woke him up as well.
We got up and ate eggs - same as yesterday - before we heard a knock at the door.
"You answer it, Lucius." I said, and he nodded. We both knew he was the more approachable one.
He opened the door to find a blonde-haired boy, who was the same age as us, ask for shelter.
"Please," the boy said, "I just need someplace to stay..."
"We've heard that before," I muttered under my breath before letting him in.
"So what's your name?" Lucius asked.
"Wait, no way! You're the two kids from the news!!!" The boy shrieked as he saw us clearly.
Lucius sighed and said, "Yeah."
The boy smiled and replied,
"Well, you guys are the two people I was looking for. Do you mind if I travel with you? Thing is, I have 'powers' too."
