chapter 29 : follow your heart

I'm here walking with my twin baby brother hand in hand, on our way to the SU gym

"oh! the Queen & the prince is here!" you could hear it everywhere where sai & shin passed by

"shin you're so handsome!" a group of girls scream like they are being hit by a lightning bolt

"Queen you're so beautiful!" girls & boys can hear it shouting. sai & shin just smile & waves at them

"I wish I'm also holding Queen / Prince hands" a group of girls & boys shouted it out loud

now we're here in the SU gymnasium "did we come a little early shin?" sai asked shin. shin nodded

"kuya told me to come here at exactly 8 am so that we can find a good seat cause later their will be lots of students that's going to watch the try out"

"I see" sai said "what's in the basket ate, it's kind of heavy" sai giggles. "I know kuya still haven't have their breakfast that's why I decided to make a sandwich for them" shin nodded

"baby!" kent shouted "kuya!" shin & sai waves their hand "what's in the basket babe?" kyle asked

"kuya. I know you guys skipped your breakfast again, I know warm up is good. but I won't tolerate it when you start skipping your breakfast" sai pouts

brian, kyle, kenji & kent tried to hug sai "waa!! kuya don't!! you guys are all sweaty!!" sai runs & her kuya chase her while everyon's laughing

"okay no food for you guys" everyone stop chasing her "we were just kidding!" kent said in a panic

"let's go eat the sandwich I made" sai said "what do you mean 'we' ? wait don't tell me you skipped eating your breakfast" her brother said & asked

sai just nods "if you guys stop skipping your breakfast everytime you do warm up then I will also stop skipping mine" everyone shakes their head

"okay. you win. we promise not to do it again & promise us you won't do that again. okay?" her brother said "okay ~" sai smile brightly

"where's dwayne kuya?" sai asked "a group of girls called him" brian said "I think they're going to confess" kent said

"yeah, I heard that girl is pretty hot. maybe he will say yes right away" kyle said, teasing sai. he's not like that" sai said as she bites her sandwich

"don't tell me you're jealous my baby sister?" kyle teasingly said it, everyone looked at sai.

her face is blushing from face to neck, she choked on her own food *cough! cough! cough* everyon laugh & they gently pats her back & gave her something to drink

"I..I..I'm not jealous kuya! he's not my boy..boyfriend..so why would I... why would I, I'm not his girlfriend & I don't have the right to get jealous. I'm just curious cause he's not with you" sai said defensively

brian gently pats her shoulder "okay okay baby. we believe you" brian said but her brother is controlling their laughter "I said I. am. not. jealous" sai pout

shin pull her cheeks "your king is coming this way" shin said "asdfghjkl" sai said "what's that alien word?" kenji said jokingly "I hate you guys" sai face is still blushing

"we love you too baby" everyone said in unison "hey ~" as soon as sai heard dwayne voice she fixed her hair cause her brother messed it while teasing her

"so how did the confession go?" brian asked, dwayne looked at them

"ho..ho..how did you know?" dwayne said stuttering & looked at sai, but sai is not looking at him, she's pretending to find something in the basket

"so?" everyone said in unison except sai, now she's staring at dwayne. both of them are staring at each other now "I rejected them cause I already like someone else."

sai immediately looked away, she thought she's not the girl that dwayne liked that's why she felt a stabbing sensation in her chest.

she's not expecting anything but it's hurt like hell 'stop it sai, you still like your first love & he already like someone else.

it's fair... but why is that it's too painful in here, I don't have any heart problem, should I go to the hospital for a check up & asked uncle" sai thought to herself & gently touch her chest

'but is it wrong for me to start falling in love with you dwayne' she thought to herself

dwayne sit beside her "here" sai gave him a sandwich, dwayne takes it. but sai isn't looking at him.

dwayne bites the sandwich & pretends that he is choking, sai immediately grabs the cup & gave it to dwayne.

dwayne hold the cup in her hand, he slowly move his face & touch the tip of the cup using his lips while staring at sai.

sai wanted to look away but as if she's been hypnotized to stare at dwayne lips "wha..what are you doing? let go of my hand, you need to drink the juice" sai said & look away

"I'll let go of your hands if you look at me in the eyes" sai sigh & slowly looked at dwayne

"I will let go of your hands for now. but I'll never let go of you" dwayne said seriously.

for the both of them, time seems to stop, their surroundings become quiet as if they are the only ones who own the world

brian, kyle, kenji, kent & shin also hold his hand "how about us? can you also not to let us go" everyone said jokingly, sai & dwayne face blush

now her brother & dwayne is being called by the coach. they asked to line up. sai is sitting in front watching other guys to shoot the ball

everyone did all the try out that are required to do for them to prove to the coach & team that they are worthy to be in the basketball team

her brother passed all the test & nothing changed, their fangirls & fanboys are shouting hysterical

when dwayne is about to do the final test he shouted something & everyone shut their mouth, waiting for sai answer

"Sai Marie Jimenez! if I shoot this ball. can you give me a chance to properly court you. be mine & be my girlfriend?

if the ball didn't enter the basket, I promise I will never get tired asking you every chance I get" ๛ ٩(˘ ³˘)۶♥

everyone looked at sai. some are shouting "say yes"

some said "don't, he's mine"

others said "go say yes if not I'll seduce mr castro"

sai gasp covering her mouth, her face is blushing brightly, sai looked at dwayne, lost for words. people keep on shouting & screaming (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄

is it really okay if I fall deeper this time? I know once I fall for you there will be no exit door.

should I take a risk & move forward, love requires sacrifices but with you I know it's worth it.

"dwayne! I.." sai shouted back

sai doesn't know if she will say yes or no cause she's still in conflict about her first love & her feelings for dwayne

because she's in pressure she shouted what her heart says
