Chapter 10

Arjun's Pov

After reaching  home ,  just when I was about to enter inside the house I got call from one of my men I sent for her security that she reached her apartment safely and everything is fine ...sighing heavily I went inside and saw my grandparents are watching tv with my father and Ayan whereas my beautiful mom is busy in arranging dinning table for dinner .

Eshu is nowhere to be seen as she went to party that she mentioned in the morning , i called Pratap (security head)about the situation in the party and about Eshu

"Nothing to worry sir,  mam is safe and she is enjoying with some girls of her age and no boy is seen near her , rest assured I will bring her safely in 20-30 min " he replied to which I said ok and cut the call .

"Welcome home the busy king " my dadu said to which i smirked

"go and get fresh jai beta , come down to have dinner with us its been so long we all ate together" my dadi said to which I nodded  and went away  to my room to get fresh.

After that I went down to have dinner with family and Eshu also came back safely around 9 and we all have dinner together but eshu just accompanied us as she already had her dinner in the party ...

she hugged dad ,me and ayan for letting her go to the party .seeing her smiling we all smiled happily .

After having dinner we all went back to our respective rooms to sleep but sleep is far away from my eyes as whenever I close my eyes to sleep her beautiful eyes  which held tears is appearing which breaking my heart and soon sleep engulfed me and I slept

Next day

Even today I came back home early as I completed my work  and attended all the meetings ...only after she left from the office

Today she seems  happy.... even I saw her  smiling and giggling with her friends which made my heart feel at ease seeing her like this ...

After getting fresh I went down to have dinner with my family , when I reached the dinning table Ayan and Eshu are bickering about something , Ayan had a winning smile on his face but Eshu had a irritated look on her face . seeing me they both stopped their quarrel . I sat on the head chair of dinning table opposite to my dadu .... To my left is my mom and to my right is my dad .

I asked my mom  what's happening here and what they are arguing about ..but my mom turned her face other side ignoring me completely while serving dadi  and dadu .

I asked my dad he just mouthed that you are done .

"What with this silent treatment ....what happened ?"  i asked coldly breaking the silence

"Bhai how can you do this I thought I'm your  favourite but seems like that's not true" eshu murmured sadly  gazing the rice that has served in her plate ......i was confused....... now I'm really done

"Princess look at me ..what are you talking about only you will be my favourite forever and tell me what actually happened " I requested eshu to which she looked at me pointed Ayan to which I glared at him with what have you done now look 

" bhai I didnt do anything I just said the fact and now mom and eshu are jealous because I got to know about it before them .....please eshu don't be jealous one day even you will get to know about it " Ayan said with a victory smile and nudged her arm which made eshu more annoyed .

im totally confused what ayan is proud about knowing which made eshu and mom angry ... i turned to see mom but the same silent treatment wheres dad dadu dadi are enjoying the show
