With Park Hye's permission, Ronnie went out the door and took the elevator back to the first floor to meet George. The two talked for nearly half an hour before he returned home. It turned out that Yurina had run away from home and lived with the man she said she loved for over a year, but the man left her when he heard she had been removed from the family and had a child with another man. Yurina couldn't find anyone, so she wandered around You City. After a few months of wandering, she recently heard that Ronnie had really made a name for himself in the city-state, and she wanted to go back to him. But she couldn't think of a good reason to approach Ronnie without asking to see her daughter. She was afraid to go home, but luckily she still had two brothers in the city-state, so she found George and asked him for help. Ronnie told the two women the whole story and then asked, "What do I do? Do I say yes to her?"

"Don't ask us everything, don't you have your own ideas as a big man?" Park Hye said unhappily.

"Yes! what do you think of yourself?" Alice also asked.

Ronnie wanted to meet Yurina in his heart, but he couldn't say it out loud and fell silent for a moment without saying anything. Park Hye immediately guessed what was on his mind and said, "Go ahead! she's Vega's mother anyway."

"Thank you," Ronnie gave her a grateful look. Holding little Vega in his arms, he went to the Southwest District Station, without joining the City-state she couldn't enter the city, the two of them could only make an appointment to meet here. When he saw a girl's figure from a distance, he couldn't help but call out, "Michiko!"

Yurina originally looked very much like Michiko. In order to meet Ronnie this time, she made careful preparations, went to You City Preparatory School in Shire Town, and watched all of Michiko's video materials, deliberately dressing up like her and even imitating her movements. She knew how much this woman meant to Ronnie. Yurina had a smile on her face when she heard Ronnie's scream and felt that she was halfway there. Michiko had so much influence on Ronnie and had also directly influenced his aesthetics. Only such petite and sweet women were considered beautiful in his eyes. He slowly walked over to Yurina and as they looked at each other, he couldn't help but ask, "Why did you dress up like Michiko?"

"Like? you liked me back then because I looked like her!" Yurina said with a cheeky smile.

She reeked of a heavy perfume that made Ronnie frown, but he didn't say anything, instead he handed over the little Vega in his arms, "I thought you wanted to see your daughter, look at her!"

Yurina reached out and took her, little Vega looked at the strange woman and cried out with a "wow", her little hands waving as she tried to free herself from her grasp. Yurina saw her crying and handed her back to Ronnie with an impatient look on her face. Little Vega stopped crying as soon as she left her arms. She turned her head to look at Yurina with a suspicious look in her eyes and her little mouth dried up from time to time. "You've seen your daughter, so it's time for me to go!" Ronnie said and started to leave. But Yurina called out to him, "Ronnie, I'll be joining the City-state this year too, would you like to welcome me?"

Ronnie immediately objected when he heard that, "What can you do by joining the City-state? you won't be able to do anything, the city-state doesn't keep idle people."

"I heard that your current girlfriend started out as a paramour before going to the breeding department, did you help her?"

"Will you become a paramour too?"

"Would you mind? I'll go if you don't mind," Yurina smiled.

Of course Ronnie didn't want her to go as a paramour, but he was afraid she had nowhere to go, he was silent for a moment before he said, "It's best if you don't come to the city-state, you don't fit in here, I'll talk to the Baron and ask him to take you back so you can go home."

"Really?" Yurina's face was full of questions, "you're so powerful now? even Papa has to listen to you?"

"Do you still want to go home or not?" Ronnie asked without answering.

"If dad says yes, I'll think about it, but only if you come and visit me more often," Yurina continued to demand.

To get her home, Ronnie agreed. They made some small talk and left. Three days later was June 26th, Vega's birthday, Ronnie kept his promise and returned home on time, the family of four plus Butch gave Vega a birthday to remember.

After another week, Ronnie received a message from Prof. De Silva inviting him to meet him at Block 9819 in You City, and he was happy to oblige. He also had something to ask the old professor about his father, so he boarded the 'Courage Train' and arrived at 9819, You City in just three minutes. They were both very happy to see each other, and De Silva opened his mouth and asked, "Are you currently developing a chip to increase a person's intelligence?

"Huh, how do you know that?" Ronnie asked in surprise.

"There are no secrets in City-state science."

De Silva paused for a moment and then said, "Ronnie, the artificial enhancement of human intelligence has been researched for more than twenty years, and you are not the first."

"Oh! And who was the first?"

"Elliot, but he used genetic modification, much more thorough than your method."

When he heard the name 'Elliot', Ronnie's heart trembled, for this man was his father. But he didn't want to tell him how the man was related to him, he wanted to hear what the others had to say about his father.

"What happened to him after that? did it work?" Ronnie asked nervously.

"Not really! he failed several experiments and all those newborn babies were strange looking and had short life spans, most of them died at the age of five or six."

"And then what happened? what about himself?"

"The city-state stopped his research, but he was a mad scientist and he conducted his experiments in secret, and when he was discovered and reported, he was condemned by the city-state and imprisoned."

"And did he get out of prison?"

"He got out of prison and then I don't know where he went."

At that moment, Ronnie had a suspicion in his mind that he could be so smart, maybe it was the result of his father's experiments, and at the same time he thought, no wonder my sister is so beautiful and I look like a monkey. At that moment, he was also shaken by the chip he had developed, such a chip was not from his own intelligence, it just saved the time of learning, was it useful or not? "Ronnie, I want you to be careful and avoid going the same way as Elliot," De Silva reminded.

"Thank you!" Ronnie nodded, and he played here for a few more days. The layout of the 9819 city-state was almost the same as his own, except that the location of the central district was not the "Sea of Dreams", but a "small garden". The garden was filled with all sorts of exotic flowers and plants, all unique to the City-state, surrounded by a few wooden chairs where couples sat chatting and talking about love. Butterflies danced in the flowers and children played in the grass. Ronnie took a deep breath and praised, "It smells so good, this place is much more practical than the 'Sea of Dreams'.

He was still a little reluctant to go back. After spending a few days with De Silva and his family, Ronnie became very fond of them and realized that the family were all people of high character, selflessness and sincerity. When he returned home, he talked to Alice about his speculations: "Sister, it seems that I cannot reveal my identity yet; if I let people know that I might be a reformed man, there is no guarantee that I won't be used as an experiment for study."

"Well, then we must be more careful in the future," Alice nodded solemnly.

"Sister, do you think Father will return to Tecoman?"

Alice said happily, "It's really possible Ronnie, how about we go back sometime?"

"That's fine, but is it okay if I'm done for a while?" Ronnie asked for his sister's opinion.

"How long will it take you?"

"Very soon! very soon! don't be in a hurry."
