Chapter 14
Aria's POV:
We're in his trailer. It's honestly the most disgusting living space I've ever come across. Bowls, plates, and silverware are on the coffee table, the sofa, and the chairs. I think I see flies coming from the sink. I yawn, and Jason immediately notices.
"Is someone tired?" He teases. He goes to tickle me and I immediately back away. I can't stop laughing as he pulls me in closer. My eyes are closed so I can't see where we're going. We land on a soft surface. Something warm covers me.
"We should take a nap," Jason whispers. His voice sounds sweet. He wraps his arms around me protectively and pulls me closer so I don't fall off the bed.
"That sounds like a great idea," I say as he kisses my forehead. It starts to get colder and I don't fight the sleep anymore.
*Later*
My eyes flutter open. I'm still wrapped around Jason's arms. He's so warm. He's like a little teddy bear.
His eyes flutter open and he smiles,
"Hi Princess." He says. I smile.
"Hi, baby."
