" Question of the century, if you were to get a matching tattoo, what tattoo would you get and who would you get it with? "

~ Scarlett's POV ~

Since today was the worst way started, I decided to call Kylee and ask if she wanted to hang out today.
I'm glad she agreed to go hang out because I was very bored out of my mind and I always had a confrontation with my mother, so I was now walking with Kylee to the mall.

"It must be nice being older than the twins, that just means you could tease them even more."

I joked as we walked into the mall, the sound of people chattering and laughing filled the whole mall.
Kylee laughed and nodded with me, she was a pretty cool girl if I'm honest.

"Did you know that Jaden talks about you like all of the time? I swear he's the main topic on his mind."

Kylee decides to expose Jaden, I began to laugh at how bluntly she stated that.

"Well you just gave me something to joke about when I'm with him."

I told her as we walked into the many different clothing stores, Kylee has great fashion sense so I began to ask her for her opinion.
We were both starting to get hungry so we walked into the food court, the smell of different delights were definitely nostalgic.

"What's your Instagram, I gotta follow you."

I said as I pulled my phone out and handed her it, Kylee took her phone out and handed hers to me.
After getting her Instagram, I took a photo of us and posted it on Instagram.

I didn't read any more comments, Kylee and I were finished eating.
We headed back home, Kylee went home but we FaceTimed as she walked to her house.

"Dad?"

I called out, the door was unlocked and I know that everyone's telling me to get out but I needed to know if my dad was home and if he was alright.
Now one minor thing I forgot to mention was that whenever I was with my mother, I was always afraid of whether or not she would do something out of anger.

My mom was always temperamental, she was way too easy to snap at someone which was why I was trying to be a mommy's girl.
I opened the door and sighed of relief when my dad was passed out on the couch watching TV, I covered him with a blanket and walked upstairs to call Jaden.

I began to facetime Jaden which only took two seconds, I think he was waiting for my call.

"Hey Jay."

I said as I fixed my hair and removed my sweater, Jaden smiled at me and waved.
He looked like he was walking out of his room, as he was walking down the stairs, he missed a step and fell.

I began to laugh, I was going to try to stifle it but it was no use.
Tears began to fall from my eyes as my insides began to hurt, he looked hilarious.

"It's not even funny Scarlett!"

Jaden retorted as he got up from the floor and walked to the living room, I took a deep breath and tried to get a sentence out of my mouth but it was interrupted by my laughter.
Jaden gave me his middle finger to which I blew a kiss towards it, I finally calmed myself down and sighed.

"Are you okay?"

I asked trying to sound nonchalant as if I wasn't laughing like a maniac, Jaden looked at me with a stern look like this emoji '😐'.

"Shut up, do not speak to me."

I laughed and got up from my bed, I blew a kiss towards him with a smile.
His face broke out in a smile.

" Question of the century, if you were to get a matching tattoo, what tattoo would you get and who would get it with? "

I asked with a smile dancing on my lips, Jaden took a moment to think about an answer.

"Small baseballs on my wrist and with you."

The words melted my heart, Jaden smiled at me and we continued talking on the phone for hours.
It felt like that song that goes like:

Yours, mine, ours.

I don't know the rest of the lyrics but it feels just like that, anyways I would definitely workshop the tattoo cause I will not be walking around with the baseball on my wrist.
But then again if it's cute enough, I'll get it no questions asked.

I mean you would to, wouldn't you?
