Aurelia could not stop pacing

Aurelia could not stop pacing. She walked back and forth in the library, nearly running a hole in the carpet.

And while most modern technology still scared her, like not knowing you had to put water in the ramen noodles before putting it in the microwave.

Or only watching the same DVD over and over because while she had figured out how to put it in she couldn't figure out how to take it out.

But phones she liked. She liked being able to call whoever she wanted no matter how far away they were.

Especially because everyone she had ever called always answered. After David didn't pick up one time and Aurelia nearly burst into tears they all vowed to always answer her calls.

Killian always answered her calls. He'd normally pick up before the first ring. Even that one time when she heard water in the background and knew he was in the shower but needed to tell him that the cocoon hung near her window was hatching and a bright orange butterfly was breaking through.

But when she called him today he hadn't answered. Not the first time. Or the fifth. And she was worried.

"Sure, me and the guys can clear the tunnel. We'll have to work careful, but we can do it" Leroy said, looking over at Aurelia. "What's up with her?"

"Still no word from Hook?" Mary Margaret asked.

"No. What if something happened? What if the curse is here? What if that's why he's not answering because now he hates me? Or what if-"

"I will go look for him myself if you calm down," Regina said.

"Really? Okay you should start at the docks- oh wait. That was sarcasm wasn't it?" Aurelia asked.

"Lia, I'm sure he's fine. Just busy checking if the docks are clear and getting people to safety" Emma said.

Aurelia nodded but she knew deep down that wasn't it. And the other night, looking into his eyes she knew something was wrong but she just didn't know what.

"Leroy, how long to clear the passage?" Emma asked.

"A couple hours maybe. We can get right on it" he said.

"That's wonderful," Elsa said. "We don't have a couple hours. Have you guys not been watching the clock? It'll be sundown before you munchkins finish" Regina said.

"Dwarfs, sister" Leroy corrected.

"Like I care. Let's just blast through and take the risk" Regina said.

"That was Belle over at the diner," David said, walking back in from taking a phone call. "Turns out they can possibly make the counterspell even if we don't find Anna. They can pull the mirror dust out of the necklace and try to use that."
