Chapter 3- New Places

I walked home in our yard I saw two men in black suits. First I stood there for a second frozen thinking about my mother. But then I snapped out of it.

I hurried and went around the back thinking what to do. I climbed in though a window I got a small book bag and started packing as fast as could. I open the back door.

But as soon as I did, I thought my heart was going to stop I dropped my bag. There were two other men in my back yard I tried to run back in the house.

But before I could even blink there was I bag over my head. I was screaming so loud I thought that people from miles away could hear me and come and rescue me. Then it was silent heard some coughing. I started to get very tired then I heard a voice (I think it was a boy) say "don't worry we are here to help". Then I was out.

When I woke up I was in a room. A lady came in. I looked down at myself and I was wearing a black suit with red outlines. My clothes were changed. I yelled who changed my clothes!

Where am I? "Be quiet and calm down child" the lady said. You can call me Ms. Hankins.

How do you feel? Fine I replied "I want to go home"!

"Don't be a fool"! You are just as stubborn as your father! Then in a low voice (almost so low that you can not hear) I said "my father".

Then higher then normal voice I said what was my father doing here. Did he get into some kind of trouble? Is he going to be ok?

Who were those men? Is my father going to be ok? Stop asking so many questions child and. Before she could even finish I yelled "I am not a child".

"Then what is your name"? "My name is Jasmine" I said. Well we have a lot to tell you Jasmine. You have a lot to learn. Take a few minuets to take it all in then meet in the main chamber. I tried to think about what was going on by what has happened so far but I couldn't think of anything.
