Jaden's POV: 

We had just arrived at the skating rink and we were about to enter the building. I opened the door and let everyone in, Erin was last to get through the door but before she did I grabbed her hand, she looked at me and giggled, you know the giggle that gives me butterflies? yeah that giggle. We walked in hand in hand. When we got to the front desk we heard everyone start giving their shoe sizes. We were handed our skates and we walked over to the seats to take our shoes off and put on our skates. We walked onto the rink and everyone went off doing their own thing, I was planning on skating with Erin but she was skating with Ellie, she looked happy, I decided to skate with Payton since both Erin and Ellie are skating together

"how is she?" payton asked me, i sighed 

"honestly? I think she is still hurting and she will be hurting for a while but she isn't going to show that, that's why she wanted to get out the house to prove to everyone that she is okay but as long as everyone sticks with her and shows her love then she'll get better" I said looking at her skating around, laughing

"so. when are you marrying her?" payton asked, I thought for a second

"oh my god Jaden" he said laughing 

"i was kidding" he said, oh 

"oh well I don't know when but I know it's gonna be her. What about you and Ellie?" I asked him

"we are good. I love her. I really do" he said smiling 

"i'm happy for you bro" I said 

"hey lover boys" we heard Erin and Ellie say, we looked behind us and saw Ellie and Erin skating up behind us 

"hey baby" I said pulling her closer to me 

"what were you two talking about?" she asked 

"nothing" I said smiling 

"hmmmm okay then" she said 

Ellie and Payton skated off leaving me and Erin skating. She was skating in front of me and i had my hands around her waist

"my lips are getting chapped let me go get my lip balm" she said so i followed her 

"jae, I am capable of getting my lip balm by myself" she giggled 

"I know but I would have looked lonely" I said whilst pouting, to which she just shook her head and continued walking. 

When we got over to the bag she got out her lip balm and started applying it to her lips, I looked back over to the ice rink, everyone was still on there, I was startled by something hitting my foot so I turned around and saw Erin's lip balm on the floor, I bent down to pick it up for her and when I stood back up I went to hand her the lip balm but she was frozen, her eyes went huge and she had tears brimming her eyes, her hands started to shake only so noticeably 

"baby?" i said 

"Erin?" i said, nothing. her eyes were fixed on the door I looked towards the door and I didn't see anything just a very muscly man at the front desk 

"j-j-j" she started stuttering, i grabbed her shoulders and pulled her towards me, i looked into her eyes that were full of, fear? 

"that's one of them" she said 

"what? one of what?" i asked confused, there was nothing over there

"him. he is one of them" she said, I was confused before i realised

"one? as in..." i trailed off and she just nodded, my jaw clenched, my hands scrunched into fists I felt angry, no I felt angrier then angry, so angry that I couldn't describe it. I didn't think. 

"Erin stay here" I said before walking past her towards the man, he started walking out the door 

"aye" i yelled, he walked out the door, I pushed the door open 

"aye!" I yelled again obviously gaining his attention, he turned around, I was still storming towards him 

"what the fuck-" I cut him off, I punched him in the jaw, I don't know what I was thinking he was about 6'4, lots of muscles and now angry. I am doing this for Erin. He punched me in the face, I punched him in the stomach twice 

"fuck you" I screamed, he grinned and punched me in the stomach causing me to double over, he pushed me to the ground whilst getting on top of me punching me over and over, he punched me in the face one last time before everything went black. 

Erin's POV: 

"Erin stay here" he said to me before walking past me towards the guy

"no" i whimpered 

"aye!" I heard him yell and then he walked out the building with the guy 

"shit" I said tears streaming down my face, what was he thinking, i know i can't help so i need the guys, I ran onto the ice rink tears streaming down my face 

"Erin what's wrong?" Bryce asked me 

"Bryce one of peaches men is here and Jaden ran outside with him please, i don't know what's happening please please please" i said crying 

"it's okay we'll help him. GUYS!" he yelled causing me to jump, everyone came over asking questions 

"girls stay here with Erin guys come with me i'll explain later" he said before all of the guys started running out of the rink 

"Erin what's happened?" 

"where's jaden?"

"why are you crying?" 

"one of peaches men was here and i-i told Jaden and I guess he saw red and went for him but I knew I couldn't take him on, he would probably take me again so I got the guys" I said breaking down in the middle of the ice rink, i felt a pair of arms wrap around me, Ellie's 

"I need make sure he is okay" i said getting up 

"i don't know Erin, leave it to the boys" Charli said grabbing one of my wrists, I tried to pull away but her grip tightened 

"Charli! my boyfriend is outside fighting somone taller, stronger and probably more angry then Jaden now! please" i said whimpering the last part, I saw Charli's face soften and I also felt her grip soften so i took advantage of that and made a run for it while I could, I ran through the seating area and out the door...
