Anaheim - Trevor Zegras

Amelia's boyfriend, Trevor Zegras, just got drafted to the Anaheim Ducks. 1st round, 9th overall. So, naturally, she decided to go with him and transfer to Anaheim University.

She and Trevor moved in together not that long ago and so they didn't have much to pack, which was nice. Currently, Amelia was in their closet, putting clothing into boxes. Right as she was about to tape down a box of Trevor's stuff, she felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist.

"Hi." The girl laughed, turning around in Trevor's arms. As soon as she turned around, he pressed a kiss gently to her lips.

"Hi baby." He smiled giddily against her lips, pressing another kiss. She laughed as his grip tightened when she tried to move.

"Go finish packing." Amelia said, shaking her head with a grin. Trevor groaned in response, his head falling slightly in defeat, but left to finish packing up the kitchen.

Around two hours later, all of the couple's stuff was in a moving truck on the way to their new apartment, their new life. Amelia and Trevor were sitting in their seats on the plane. The girls head was laid comfortably on his shoulder and his head on hers. They smiled happily at one another before falling into a deep sleep.

Anaheim

"Welcome to Anaheim"

Amelia woke up to Trevor shaking her lightly. When her eyes finally fluttered open, he placed a feathery kiss on her forehead.

"We're here." He lightly whispered. With a groan, she picked her head up off his shoulder and stood up, taking a deep stretch.

Once they had gotten all of their bags, they got their rental car that they would be using until they got the car they bought the week before they left. The drive was about twenty minutes, which gave Amelia the chance to sleep more. 

Once they had gotten to the apartment, the two went up and both smiled. It was perfect. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room, and a living room. It was also quite modern so the couple didn't have to worry about renovations.

"It's perfect." Amelia said, smiling. She turned to look at Trevor, who was already looking at his beautiful girlfriend. They were both smiling.

First game, 1 minute left in third

"Trevor Zegras going down the ice, passing the puck to Jamie Drysdale, Drysdale goes for the shot, no he passes it to Zegras, he shoots, HE SCORESSSS"  

Amelia was up on her feet immediately, cheering loudly. He scored! Trev got his first ever NHL goal at his first game.

After the game

The Ducks won 5-2 against the New York Islanders. Amelia was proud of everyone, but mostly Trevor. It may sound bias, but who can blame her?

When the team walked out of the locker rooms, the girl spotted Trevor, ran up to him and jumped onto his back like the good girlfriend she is. She heard him chuckle, grabbing the bottom of her thighs to keep her stable.

"You played so well, baby." Amelia whispered in his ear. He turned his head to look at her, smiling.

"I saw you in the stands, you know. You looked happier than me." He joked. She giggled slightly, kissing him.

"I love you."

"I love you too."
