Y'all don't worry. I didn't kill him this time. Iykyk lol

Rutger is currently at morning skate with the team since the season is starting soon. I'm on the couch in our dorm room just scrolling through TikTok. I was doing homework but kinda just gave up on it. A sound came on for an edit and I saw Rutger's back facing the screen in his jersey. The edit flashed on to show clips of him from games and interviews.

I giggled and liked the edit, knowing damn well they know who I am. I commented to compliment them on the edit and continued to scroll through my fyp. The girl freaked out when she saw me and we had a good comment chain for a few minutes.

The front door opened, startling me. I jumped up and turned to see Rutger laughing at my reaction. My hands reached for a pillow and I threw it right at his head. He didn't catch it so it smacked his face and landed by his feet. Letting out a chuckle, I turned around and opened Instagram. Well, that is until I felt a presence behind me.

"Can I help you?" I asked innocently.

"Why did you throw a pillow at me?" Rutger pouted, laying his head on my shoulder with a huff. I kissed his head and smiled.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled. "Do you wanna see a cool fan edit I saw earlier?" I asked. He nodded rapidly.

Opening TikTok again, I went into my liked videos to find the edit. When I found it I clicked on it and showed Rutger, who was smiling. One thing about him? He loves seeing edits of him. It reminds him how far he's made it in his career and how many people support him around the hockey world.

"Wow. That's so cool dude what." He commented out loud after the edit was over. He sent it to himself and opened TikTok to comment on the video.

After that, we decided to relax and watch a show. I layed on the couch with Rutger's head on my stomach, evidently tired from his skate with the team. I ran my fingers through his hair as I scrolled through Netflix for a show. His phone was blowing up. He groaned and reached over to the coffee table for his phone.

He opened the lock screen and saw a bunch of TikTok notifications from people replying to his comment. He doesn't comment on a lot of videos so when he does the internet goes crazy. I laughed at the overwhelmed expression on his face from all the sudden popularity. I patted his head and stood up to change.

"NoOoO!" He whined like a child with his voice cracking midway through. "Don't leave me baby. Please. Please. Please. Plea-" I giggled.

"I'm going to change, McGroarty." I said. "Talk to some of your fans." I laugh while walking away, knowing he loves them dearly but is scared to talk to them.

"THEY'LL FUCKING ATTACK ME BRO!"
