Elleonora's pov
This week went by pretty fast. In a flash of eyes, it was already New Year's eve. I was excited for today! We supposedly rented a nearby hotel pretty luxurious but it kind of went wrong they had some water leakage so me Blaze and, we decided to spend it on our place. We invited some friends though, just Louis and Jada having free time for kids like Julia and Dennis, Miles also appeared because I invited Francesco, sadly Diana had other plans although I invited her and Connor and Jenny. It was just us, we were just 11, it was a small party, we planned doing it outside but it was snowing a lot so in the living room it is.
Our living room had an ambiance of the high schoolers' parties, our table turned into beer pong, the couch area into the truth or dare game and the kitchen into the a weird alcohol mixture bar while in the middle of the hallway to Blaze's office was a bar, that was finally being used.
We weren't much but we sure did the party.
"Come on! This is so unfair!" Miles exclaimed while giving up playing beer pong with Francesco "How can you not fail a single one?" Miles asked taking deep breaths
"What happened?" I giggled as I watched Miles's fury
"What happens is that this guy over here doesn't know how to play!" Miles said pointing at the smiling Francesco "Oh you laughing huh?"
"You seem to be having fun" I smiled looking at Franscesco and then Miles.
Miles got near me and whispered quietly so Francesco wouldn't hear "Do something about it! Can't you like kick him out?" I laughed at his words
"And leave him alone... on the cold... in the white snow, dying of a possible pneumonia?" I said drastically making Miles eyes roll
"I hate him" he murmered
"Oh c'mon he is not that bad" I said looking at Francesco, he was a good looking Italian man "Plus hate and love are pretty close" I said turning to Miles
"As if"
"You never know" I commented leaving the two and walking to Jada and Louis who were doing some drinks on the bar
" Wanna a french Martini?" Jada questioned me
"It looks good" I said looking over at her placing the raspberry on a toothpick
"It must" Louis commented shaking the silver can of cocktails
"How did you know how to do that?" I questioned watching him pour the drink on the high glasses
"What do you think?" Jada snorted "Blaze taught him, he knows nothing about this"
I laughed at her sincerity while Louis was utterly hurt " I beg your pardon- I do now a lot about this" he said shaking his glass " This is really easy"
"Yeah? " I asked in reassurance, he nodded confidently "Can you make me a Negroni?"
"Maybe another time" Louis answered
"Yeah... after Blaze teaches him" Jada jokes making me laugh
"You're so mean to me" he pouted, I left the cute couple and walked around the house finding Julia and Dennis looking out at the pool.
"Hey guys! What are you doing?"
"Hey cousin"
"Hey Eleonor! Julia wants a pool"
"really?"while watching my cousin's happy drunk state
"Just one"
"But where would you put it, you live in an apartment"
