Aster was attending one of Marco's classes at Echo Creek High. Because why not? It's not like he had anything to lose.
So far it had been fine, but now he was just bored as Ms. SkullNick spoke.
"Math is a symphony of numbers. It's the poetry of logic. The magic behind nature. The beauty of the sea shells." - SN
She said while writing on the board, leaving behind a trail of math equations.
'I'd rather be working on my androids...' - A
He thought as Janna poked his shoulder.
"Yeah?" - A
He looked to Janna who was sitting next to him.
"Why did the chicken cross the road?" - Janna
"I dunno, to escape KFC?" - A
"No, to get to the other side." - Janna
"...hilarious." - A
He said sarcastically as Ms SkullNick turned around.
"Care to share with the class, new guy?" - SN
"Aster, stop messing around! I need to know this for tomorrow's exam!" - M
He whisper yelled.
"Uhh, no?" - A
"Well then, how about you come and solve for C?" - SN
She said as the other students looked at him. Aster rolled his eyes before walking up to the board. He first drew a circle, then two straight lines, and then a curved line. A smiley face.
"What? No! Thats not math!" - SN
"I know. Fail me. I'm only here for the day." - A
He shrugged as he returned to his seat.
"Nobody is leaving this classroom until you solve for C!" - SN
"You can't legally do that." - A
He said as Ms SkullNick looked furious.
"Solve for C!!" - SN
Aster sighed as he thought about what his friends would say. Moon, Marco, and Jackie would inside he just solve the problem. Jade, Uncle, and Black would either find a way to dodge the problem or straight up refuse to do it.
"Mm, fiiine..." - A
He said as he examined the problem again, and mentally gave up after a couple of seconds. Math was never his strong suit. He wrote down a number that seemed vaguely like it could be the answer?

"No, to get to the rooster." - J
"Right...very funny." - A

"Aster, stop messing around! I need to know this for tomorrow's exam!" - M
"Solve for C!" - SN
The class stared at him...again?
"Ugh, fine!" - A
He walked up to the front of the class and grabbed the chalk. He tried putting the same answer from last time.
